Great experience It’s a really nice apartment complex. They have free coffee in the lobby twenty four/ seven and a great fitness center on the sixth floor. It was very clean and centrally located too! The Kasa communication was great, and they even accommodated an early check in for me when they originally didn’t think they could.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at Kasa Ladybird Lake in downtown Austin. The location was absolutely perfect for exploring the city. We enjoyed a lovely dinner just two blocks away at Gina's on Congress before heading to an ACL live concert, which was only a five-minute walk from the Kasa. After the concert, it was great to be able to visit a few nearby bars and then easily return to our comfortable accommodations. The apartment itself was fantastic—clean, secure, and surprisingly quiet despite being in the heart of downtown. We particularly appreciated the convenience of having a small supermarket directly attached to the building, which made grabbing water and snacks effortless. The tech-enabled features and the ease of self check-in added to a seamless and enjoyable experience. Whether you're in town for business or pleasure, this Kasa is a top choice for anyone looking for convenience and quality in the heart of Austin. Highly recommended!
