great place, easy to use.

Truly a fragrance free stay!! It can be so challenging to find places to stay that do not use strongly scented detergents and this place was a haven! So clean and comfortable.

I had a fantastic stay at this lovely apartment. The place was exceptionally clean, and being in a brand new building added to the overall charm. The bathroom was spotless, and the mattress provided a really comfortable sleep. The staff was incredibly responsive and attentive, making the experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Place was exactly like the pictures and was close enough to the downtown areas yet far enough away from the traffic. Check in process was easy and the place was very clean. Place was dog friendly and the outside doors to relieve our dog was easy to get to. Security seemed very safe, if anyone is ordering doordash/grub hub you would have to go to the front of the building as everyone needs a key fob to get into the building. Wish they provided laundry detergent pods and fabric softener. More lighting in the bathrooms would also improve the place. Otherwise great place for a good deal.

Clean and comfortable. It waa great having our own apartment with a porch and laundry for the week. Apprciated the weekly diacount. My cat enjoyed the large windows.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The place was clean, the host was amazing and very responsive. The location made it convenient to jump on the interstate making it easy to get to the places we needed to get to.

Location- 5/5 this was fantastic! Not far from a bus stop and short drive to get downtown. Directions/checkin- 4/5 there were clear but there were a lot of steps. Parking- 4/5 the parking garage was great! I do think it's ridiculous to pay $13/night on top of the other fees... but it was convenient. I do NOT like that this was yet another hidden fee AFTER you had booked the reservation. (the parking on the street in front is cheap & safe) Pet fees- 3/5 they do not tell you there is an additional fee on their website.. they get the money AFTER you have already booked the reservation & cannot cancel. During the stay- 1/5 there were 2 incidents that would keep me from recommending or going back to stay with Kasa. The first incident happened when a seemingly random man knocked on the door for a "work order." This man had paperwork, however, I did not let him in. I called Kasa and they failed to inform me that someone would be coming to make a repair during my stay. I feel this situation could've been handled better, as a female traveler. The second incident was a "noise alert" that text me threatening to throw me out of the apartment AND charge a $500 fee. This occurrence happened while I was trying to enjoy my vacation but I had to sneak away to talk with Kasa... who ultimately told me there were decibel detectors in the apartment that had sent the alert. When I informed them that I had my own camera setup AND it did not have any alerts... it was magically an "accident." Not only do I think the decibel detector is a scam.. I think Kasa is getting extra money from people for phony "noise alerts." Overall, it was a nice apartment with good amenities... but I do not think I would book again with all of the extra $$$ and hassle.

Great place and response! The noise policy though is ridiculous especially with the noise detector. Sounds like you can't have a single conversation at night and not get loaded with messages. Then, some policies with payments are ridiculous in my humble opinion. Overall, it is a clean and enjoyable place but needs to loosen up a bit.

I did not stay here and ended up cancelling my reservation. Their pet policy states pets allowed, but after booking I was informed only one pet is allowed, one cat or one dog. They were responsive and returned all of my booking fee same day.

The apartment was fine but it took too long for Kasa to provide sheets and coffee and it feels like Kasa is run by bots. Likes: The accommodations were as expected. Dislikes: We booked the apartment for 4 people. The unit has a king bed and a pullout couch. There were no sheets or blankets in the unit for the pullout. I had to request these several times and it took 24 hrs to get them (1/2 of our stay). Also - there were no coffee pods and only a Nespresso coffee maker. This also took 24 hrs to remedy. These need to be more appropriately stocked and monitored by Kasa.

All that we hoped for.

Very clean and feng shui furnishings. It was easy to get in the mind space to write my book and journal since it is so clutter free. Only feedback I can offer is of the four pillows provided, all four are firm, overstuffed and therefore too tall that sleeping in my side meant too much of an extreme neck angle. It’d be nice if they offered two plush and two firm so that every sleeper type is accommodated.

Loved our stay! We were 5-10 from everything fun, and the place just tucked away enough that it was ver quiet. The place was extremely clean and customer service was awesome!

Very clean spot

My unit was very accurate to the description. The place was very clean, furnished and the king bed had plenty of extra sheets and was very comfortable. Lots of street parking available on the back side of the building. My only complaint would be for a long-term stay there was next to zero place to put clothes. There were 4 hangers and nothing else like a dresser, bookshelf, table etc. Had to purchase my own dresser for the stay.

BEWARE…DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE!!! I never got a chance to stay. I would never ever recommend a Kasa property. I went through such a hassle in trying to communicate with them. They texted me 30 minutes before check in to tell me that the HVAC unit isn’t working properly and that a maintenance person would have to come service it sometime during our stay. Who wants a maintenance person to come invade your space while on vacation? Mind you, it’s summertime and hot out. They refuse to refund any of my money. They said they would only refund one night if we chose to stay in the unit with the broken HVAC. It’s their fault and didn’t tell me ahead of time that they knowingly had this issue. They should be ashamed of themselves to run a business this way. They should solely be responsible for refunding the entire amount they charged me, even after the back and forth, they said that the unit would NOT be available after all and still NEVER refunded me. I would be very weary with booking with them. I can’t trust them. Something was wrong on their end and they took my money. Told me to go through hotels.com to refund me, when they should themselves offer up the refund. It took hotels.com three hours to find another place due the the irresponsibility of Kasa management who could not supple the unit. I absolutely DO NOT recommend anyone staying here. If something happens, you will not get your money back. It’s a waste of time and money. Find a different place to stay.

The only thing that we didn’t like was the mattress.

I recommend this apartment (see the pros in other reviews) and you will be fine unless you mind this: All common interior spaces and apartment have strong chemical smell, outgassing, coming from materials used in building. Air freshener not a solution. Modern looking but cheap furniture and interior, already showing signs of wear, no drawers for clothes except in bathroom and TV console, bedroom is not wheelchair accessible, there is no dining table. Area not wheelchair friendly, noise from nearby construction site and passing heavy trucks, Things easy to fix: Three bar stools in a unit for four, cheap wobbly double beds scraping and damaging the walls, not enough kitchen necessities to cook family meals. Would have been nice to have a cooler, aluminum foil, food wrap, napkins, condiments, etc. etc. (If you have a full use of your kitchen at home you know what I am talking about). Dirty BBQ with no tools. Nice and friendly customer service, but not everything depends on them.

The AC didn’t work in this unit.

I stayed with Kasa for 4 nights & 5 days, it was a very nice place. Very clean only problem I had was the AC did not work! My family & I were hot everyday.

Nice stay One bedroom unit in a residential apartment building in residential neighborhood. The unit was comfortable and well-appointed. The walls are paper-thin, so you can hear everyone living their lives around you, which isn't ideal. No on-site parking, but plenty of parking on the street. Nice option for a longer trip.

very tidy and clean unit, had all the basics for a short stay. The building manager was very helpful and patient as we had a bit of boomer trouble clearing all the layers of security (itself an actual plus) to access the unit. once we had that figured out, no problems at all, great place and a perfect location for us!

Overall our stay went well. The building was very secure and quiet. Likes: It was new and clean which we loved. Dislikes: The twin beds were not sturdy -an upgrade of the frames would be helpful for future stays. Master bedroom could use a tv!

My stay was amazing. Felt right at home. The apartment was beautiful. Just as the pictures described. Only downfall is that there are no tv’s in the bedrooms, and the twin size beds squeak every time you move which was pretty annoying at times. Also, they indicated that I pay for parking upon arrival because my car would get towed. Not true. There is free parking on the street if you’re lucky to catch a park.

Very nice room, very clean, very comfortable. Kasa team is available to help 24/7. Would definitely recommend. I do think the security deposit should be more clearly indicated when you are looking at the price; most hotels do not ask for a deposit. Also, the facial recognition part of reserving a room is pretty creepy and seems unnecessary. At that point you already have my deposit, my debit card info, and a photo of my driver's license. I get that you are going for security, but it felt a little invasive to have my face scanned for a couple nights of renting a room. Just my two cents. But overall, the room was great and the service was helpful. I hope to be back!! Highly recommend.

Instructions for access and elevator were incomplete......room entry not explained.....TV did not work......layout was terrible (had to walk from one end of the unit, the bedroom, all the way to the front door to use bathroom)......no instructions how to operate thermostat..... parking was inconvenient ......no grocery or restaurants in the area except one breakfast walkup......no onsite maintenance to spread salt on icy walkways

Found pills and straws littered around the place.

I like most of what the property offers. However, I feel as though guest staying for 5 or more days should receive a garage space. The complex should also throw salt down during icy situations.

We really enjoyed our stay! Easy step-by-step check-in/out instructions. The place was well furnished and tidy! Well worth the price!

Great place to stay! Checking in was easy. My family and I felt very safe and loved the feeling of staying at a modern clean apartment with the ability to cook our own meals.

This property was truly a home away from home. Heck, I could actually live there. The exercise facility was great. I only wish that there was parking within the building, but that was not a deal breaker. I would recommend this property 100 times over.

Very pleasant stay in the heart of Minneapolis. Kasa goes above and beyond to make sure everything just works. Be aware, that if you book through a third party they will mention parking is available but what they don't say is it's only available to people who rent certain rooms. Stay with Kasa but double-check on their website which rooms grant parking and which do not.

this was a repeat stay for me at Kasa. exactly what I had expected from them. I travel here on business and it has been a very good experience for me.

Perfect place to stay on a business trip. I really felt like a local staying here! The apartment was spotless and had everything I needed, even laundry detergent and nice toiletry items. Very quiet at night and a quick drive/ride into Downtown.

Lovely stay at Kasa Bryn Mawr. It's in a residential area, which worked for us, but be advised that you might want a car to get around. Check-in was easy thanks to the email instructions Kasa sent us. The apartment had that "new building" smell and everything was fresh and clean! Five stars!

Hands down way better than staying at a hotel.
