Wonderful Stay and Exceptional Customer Service!
We had a wonderful stay at Kasa Capitol Hill in Nashville! The accommodations were lovely, the location was fantastic, and what really stood out was the exceptional customer service.
When we arrived, we discovered that the television in our room wasn’t working. This certainly wasn’t a deal breaker, especially since we planned to spend most of our time exploring Nashville. However, my husband and I have a little nightly ritual of relaxing together and watching TV before bed, and we had really been looking forward to that downtime during our vacation.
We almost decided to just let it go, but eventually sent a text to customer service. I’m so glad we did! They responded incredibly quickly and went above and beyond to resolve the issue, even arranging for us to move to another room!
We were genuinely grateful for their responsiveness and willingness to make things right. What could have been a minor disappointment turned into one of the things we appreciated most about our stay.
It’s wonderful to stay somewhere that truly cares about the guest experience. We would absolutely stay at Kasa again and highly recommend it!
