Excellent Likes: The Kasa appt was a comfortable & restful space from busy Downtown Nashville Dislikes: The directions on parking and how to obtain a parking space was not sufficiently clear - Parking passes, once paid for are in the room.

Great place would definitely stay there again.

This place was perfect for our family! We had plenty of room, and it was very clean. It was a quick walk to Broadway even my 5 year old made with no trouble. We had a wheelchair with us and there was a ramp entrance into the building that was easy to use, elevators inside and he had no problem navigating our room. Parking garage is directly across from the front door and easy to access. Customer service was awesome as well. We will definitely stay here again!

Overall, very positive. Did run out of hot water with 5 adults showering but that’s somewhat expected. Could’ve used more sitting/furniture in main room (only a small couch). Again, overall very positive and very clear check-in instructions and communication. Plenty of room for 5-6 people. I’d stay here again.

Large spacious rooms lots of windows a few blocks from Broadway so walkable.

Amazing stay here in Nashville! Perfect location, only 5 minute walk from broadway and parking right opposite! The host is super quick as responding and is very friendly and helpful! Cant recommend enough! :)

We were in town for a cheer competition and this place worked really well for us. Quiet enough being off the main drag, but super convenient and walkable to Broadway and other activities.

Our second year in a row we stayed here for the SEC tournament. Hoping next year will be our third.

We had a great stay at Kasa. The room was very clean and we were only a quick walk to broadway. The host was very responsive!

Beautiful apartment/ hotel in downtown Nashville ( YWCA) We had a great time in Nashville! The apartment/hotel was within easy walking distance to Broadway. 15 minutes tops..the building is a national historical landmark and has aged well. We had a washer/dryer, dishwasher, full kitchen and refrigerator. The apartment was spacious with 12 foot ceilings. Would definitely stay there again and don't miss the Grand Ole Opry it is worth it!

The room and hotel itself were very nice, but the hotel has basically no in person staff aside from their cleaners. You can only speak with an AI bot who is programmed to help with most needs, which is nice for getting in and out of the hotel but that’s about it. This bot basically got us kicked out of our room after our request for late checkout didn’t go through, thus forcing us to wait in the unstaffed lobby for 6hrs to wait for our flight. Hotel is good, customer service is not.

This gets an A for effort. However, no amount of epoxy paint can keep a basement from being cold and dank during cold and rainy weather. And lamps in the living room.

I was traveling for both business and pleasure. This place allowed my family to stay and enjoy Nashville while I attended a conference at the Convention Center. It was easily walkable to the Convention Center as well as Broadway, and had access to plenty of restaurants in every direction. The virtual host was responsive and provided a pack n play for our toddler. Would recommend for business or pleasure or both!

Excellent room close to downtown

Nice place, just as described. Walking distance to Broadway, printer alley, and other nice restaurants. Clean, easy and great communication from host. Available Luggage lockers (free too) were also a plus with late day outbound travel plans. Bonus points for the common area on first floor for guest to host area with complementary coffee and fancy water machine. My family and I enjoyed our stay, highly recommend. and we enjoyed it.

The room could have been cleaner. The baseboards were filthy and the walls scuffed up which made the room seem dirty. It beds g was old and felt scratchy. They refused to give us an extra roll of toilet paper. It would be nice to have hooks near the shower for our towels. It also would have been nice to have a luggage cart to assist with arriving g to our room and leaving. The wash machine smelled moldy. The bed was comfortable and it was nice having a full kitchen Communication before arriving was pleasant and thorough.

Communication was excellent. Just a short walk to Broadway. Safe and secure building.

We stayed for 5 nights and found the location perfect and only a short walk to all the action Nashville offers,the apartment had everything we needed and was cozy and bed was super comfortable.Very Happy and will be coming back to stay again.

I highly recommend this hotel. It was the best experience that I have ever had. When booking for the 5 of us (2 generations), I was a little hesitant about the virtual check-in. The Kasa group put my mind at ease. I had questions even before our arrival. I was able to text directly to them. They answered me quickly and personally. I felt as though I was texting with a friend throughout my stay and even after checking out. This hotel has beautiful architecture, large rooms, and nice amenities. All of us found our rooms to be clean and comfortable. We were able to walk to restaurants, tea/coffee shops, and to Broadway. We all felt very safe in doing so. The hotel was quiet and required a code to enter the building. We will definitely stay at a Kasa hotel again!

Fantastic Stay at Kasa Capitol Hill – Perfect Location in Nashville We recently stayed in a studio at Kasa Capitol Hill and had a fantastic experience. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and communication from the property was clear, frequent, and very helpful. The location was excellent—about a 10–12 minute walk to Broadway in one direction and an easy walk to the Nashville Farmers Market in the other. It made exploring Nashville incredibly convenient. The studio itself was spacious, comfortable, and well equipped. We especially loved having a full kitchen and full-size refrigerator, which made the stay feel more like an apartment than a typical hotel room. Overall, this is a great option for travelers who prefer apartment-style accommodations in a central location. A big thank you to the Kasa team for making the stay so easy and comfortable—we really appreciated the great communication and hospitality. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Nashville.

Kasa was so close to Broadway it made it easy to walk places. Lots of restaurants and bars within close proximity. The parking pass made coming and going easy when we did have to drive. Rooms were large and nicely furnished. Washer and dryer in our unit was a nice amenity.

Loved this place! This isn't just a tiny little hotel room. It was a straight up 1 bedroom apartment! Full kitchen set up, HUGE bathroom, nice living area with plenty of space to relax and the location is great. It is a short walk (3-15 mins depending on how fast you walk) to Broadway, yet the street is quiet and chill. Super comfy bed and bedding. Easy access in and out of the building. Texting communication was great and super easy. Very responsive to my questions, and they were very pro-active about making me aware of a small maintenence issue (that had no effect on our stay). Great water machine with flavors, electrolytes and boost in room next to lobby was a nice surprise and made staying hydrated super easy and convenient! If you are they type worried about having a view from the room you might be disappointed, as we looked at a parking garage from our room but we didn't care since we don't just stand around and look out the window, so don't let that deter you from this large, clean and safe place to stay! Get out and see Nashville and come back to the room to recharge for more! This will be my go to place to stay from now on!

I really enjoyed staying at Kasa. The check in process was super easy with step by step instructions, if you choose to park a car, the garage is right across the street so easy access and the room was spacious and clean. Loved the location being a few blocks from broadway but close enough to walk to everything. Will definitely be staying again.

The place was so nice and super close to downtown. It’s within walking distance of most of things we wanted to see and experience! Checking in could’ve been a little easier, but overall I loved it.

Such a convenient place to stay if you want to experience Nashville! I will say the quiet hours are not enforced which I understand the nature of the town, but can hear everything from the hallways to other guest rooms, and even sounds from the streets. Other than that, clean and exactly how it’s described!!

Great stay at Kasa... just returned home from staying at Kasa Capitol Hill. Just back from Nashville and stayed here in Kasa. Great location and we were delighted with our apartment. Apartment spacious and clean. Everything provided. Staff quick to reply to problems and get sorted. Would definitely stay here again... 10 minute walk to Broadway.... can't fault them..

10/10 stay Went for a couple nights for a Predators game and a day of being tourists. Great location that’s pretty central to everything you need. Publix is walkable for groceries, broadway is 10 mins, but be mindful of hills. Easy parking situation and check in. Modern and minimalist room but perfect for a quick trip. Would recommend and stay again!

Good Location, walkable to key areas. Check in process ok with exception of moving luggage to room. Need more luggage carts had to take luggage up manually in several trips because of this.

Only putting 4 stars because the AC was programmed to 84° for several different times in the day and we would come in from being gone and it would be quite warm in there and also because the remote to the only tv didn’t work worth a darn. I’m sure if we would’ve asked for it to be fixed, it would have but we didn’t want to with us only staying 2 nights. We were very pleased with the ease of check in and checkout and the location was perfect!! We were able to park in the parking garage across the street and walk everywhere!
