10/10 Exceptional
KASA Capitol Hill in downtown Nashville provided the perfect stay for our visit to Nashville. The apartment was modern, spacious, clean, and was equipped with all the necessities. The location was perfect, within walking distance to everything. My only suggestion for improvement would be a more comfortable couch. However, we spent almost all of our time out and about, so this was not a big concern for us. The communication from KASA was exceptional. We were provided with very specific check in and check out instructions and all relevant information regarding the property. When I had a question prior to our arrival and a question during or stay, KASA responded to my texts, both times, within 3 minutes. Outstanding customer service! This was my first experience with a KASA property, it will certainly not be my last!
