Overall, our stay at Kasa place was good. The location was great, with easy access to Broadway, nearby pizza restaurant, coffee shop and steakhouse which made exploring the area convenient.
The apartment itself was fairly comfortable, though I did notice a few things that could have been improved, such as extra blankets and maybe a few more rolls of toilet paper for larger groups and coffee grounds for the drip coffee maker.
The host could have been a bit quicker at times such as checkin when we couldn’t find the code. It wasn’t a bad experience by any means, but there are definitely some areas that could use a little attention to make it feel more like a standout stay.
We parked our rental car for 15hrs and got a $120 fee. We thought it would be $30 for one night.
Overall the location was great if the weather is nice. Otherwise it’s a short uber drive from downtown.
