Overall it was cute + met our needs, great location to downtown [super convenient to walk to almost everything]. Was a secure building. Great pizza place right on the corner up the street that was open til 5am. Definitely a hotel approach to an Airbnb. Our room was smaller than expected [photos definitely taken in bright lighting giving it a bigger appearance], our view was into a car park [which they could see into our space, which was uncomfortable], sound echos throughout the building. It was a really cute studio + location was the ultimate selling point for us - far enough off Broadway you don't hear it but close enough to walk + enjoy!
