Nice room, cool bldg, terrible check in
The building was cool and the room was nice. Check in was a challenge as I never received the emailed explanation. Showed up to the door to realize that we needed a code to get in. Called the number on the confirmation email, the guy said I was supposed to have gotten an email with a link to complete registration which would then trigger sending of the access instructions and code. Never got that email until the guy sent it while we were on the call. Then the check in process took about 10 minutes of scanning ID, photo of my face, etc., then finally got the door code. While we were doing this a guy walked up and said he'd had the same experience and stood outside over an hour trying to sort it all out.
Just made it seem super sloppy to have a start like that. I did go back and comb through my emails after to make sure I hadn't gotten the email previously and overlooked it, definitely never got it.
