Great if you do not mind the mouse
Likes: The price was decent, the place was clean, the kitchen appliances seemed brand new, the location is terrific (on a commercial street with plenty of restaurants and shops). Quick response to my texts.
Dislikes: There was only one pot for cooking. No broom and dust pan to sweep up with. There were packets of creamer, sweetner, coffee and tea, but no packets of salt and pepper. The mircowave/convection oven had no manual. There was no nice sitting chair. Then, there was the mouse. One evening as I entered the room, a rodent scurried under the dishwasher. I texted the property and someone texted right back that they would forward this to the team. However, no other action was taken. I have to think that, in a building with one floor of apartments and stores on the ground floor, if you see one mouse, there has to be lots more
