After all it is always a nice stay at Kasa
Likes: The cleaness and the location.
Dislikes: Despite the fact that the room was left in order with no damages, I received an email of a misplaced key, which I do not recognise to have displaced, and I am sure and certain of leaving the two sets of keys in the room. I even took the time to scan the check out QR code, hoping that it will lead to a prompt housekeeping for inventory, but scanning the code QR on the check out led to nowhere, but instead asking me to check in.
