The apartment was really nice and very conveniently located right by the YMCA where we were attending a championship. It was functional, clean, and modern.
My only two complains are: one, the pull out sofa. It was worn and uncomfortable and definitely needs replacement. Although the apartment is advertised as sleeping 4, unless it is two little kids, there is no way two people could sleep on that pull out sofa.
My second complain is not having a slightly later check out option. The hotels around typically let you stay until 1pm without charge. There is no such option with Kasa. It is either 11 am or late check out at 3pm with a $50 charge. Something to consider....
