Great stay!!! Will do it again.

This place was great, very ideal for an extended stay. Very comfortable for me, wife, and 4 kids. Would stay again!

My family stayed with Kasa for the month of September while my husband did a medical rotation in Des Moines. It was a wonderful stay! Amenities were great. We had everything we needed for our stay, aside from needing to get our own food. :) The kids LOVED the game room right across the hallway. This became almost a daily routine to have some fun with each other. We do wish there would have been a small gym/workout space in the building. But there is a massive gym next door that you can get a membership at. We chose to enjoy nature walks at a nearby lake though! We did have a mishap with a small mirror, but Kasa was wonderful in understanding the issue with it! We are so impressed by their quick response and actions. They were also very kind throughout the entire stay. The only “con” was it is smack dab in the middle of downtown Des Moines, and our Kasa room was on the first floor right next to the main entry door- so we were able to hear literally everything outside. But honestly, the view out our windows made up for it, with 2 beautiful cathedrals! Overall, we are very happy and impressed with our stay! Thanks Kasa for a great experience!!

Stay No Where Else Our first overnight to Des Moines, IA. When we go back, KASA every time!!!!! If you don't stay here, I'll feel VERY bad for you. I wish we had cause to stay longer. An extraordinary property.

All five of us stayed comfortably here, we loved the amenities, the balcony, the view from the room, the easy access to downtown.

This apartment was great! Clean, easy to to get in to, good central location. Will stay here again

we loved our stay, the shower was a little iffy because if positioned in the center, water was flying out everywhere. we Likes: huge open living room, bright, clean Dislikes: the shower was hard to be in because it constantly was shooting water out, cockroach

Perfect location to explore downtown Des Moines. Likes: Great location- convenient to downtown restaurants, bars, farmer's market, grocery store, etc. The condo was clean and provided kitchen necessities (less a pizza pan), laundry detergent, dishwashing tabs, etc. Perfect for our girls' trip to the Iowa State Fair. Easy code access to the secure building and code access to the condo. Also located in a safe area of downtown Des Moines where we felt comfortable walking everywhere. Dislikes: The pull-out sofa was very uncomfortable. Thankful that only one person had to sleep on it for two nights. This is the only reason we wouldn't book this condo again. Would've been nice to have extra towels instead of being limited to one/person.

Comfortable, secure, clean, great location in a quieter part of Downtown. Good wifi and comfortable bed. No complaints.

Great place to stay clean and comfortable

Likes: The location was great, walking distance to bars and restaurants. The rooms were clean and kitchen had sufficient utensils. Check in and out instructions were very clear and went smoothly. Dislikes: The directions to the trash were not clear so it was frustrating walking around with a trash bag looking for some door on the building next door which was hard to lacate. Other than that, the stay was perfect.

So much attention to detail. Entire place was clean. Easy to find and access. There were even laundry pods and dryer sheets. Very happy with this stay. Will look for this company every time we travel.

We had a great stay. Easy check in and great location with parking nearby and many downtown destinations within walking distance.
