It's really a 1-BR apartment, not a room. It even has a small balcony with a cafe table. Location is in the heart of downtown; plenty of restaurants, bars, points of interest nearby that are easy to walk to. It's on a busy street so there's traffic noise, but you are in the city. No parking, but parking garages are right around the corner and only $10 per day. Great value for the cost!
