Fabulous accommodations for a family of 5 adults. Lots of comfortable space, extremely clean, quiet, easy access, plenty of area to hang formal clothing we wore to a wedding, great location. Definitely will consider staying at more Kasa locations if traveling together as a family in the future.

Reserved this downtown apt for the holidays for me, my husband, and three children who came home from out-of-state. It was clean, and large enough for the five of us. Well-stocked with kitchen cooking items. As far as location, we could walk to grocery and cafe. However, we found ourselves mostly in the East Village area, so drove there. Didn't try the pool offering, but used the game room space. Would stay again.

We enjoyed our stay in this unit. It was very clean and checking in and out was super simple. There were 4 of us staying in the unit and only one love seat for common-area sitting, but plenting of seating at the bar and dinning room table, so we made it work! It is in walking distance of a great grocery store, fun shopping, breweries, restaurants and the sculpture park!

Great location and the apartment was spacious and well appointed. The only drawback is the the walls of the bedrooms do not extend to the ceiling which made it noisy for those who were still in bed after others were awake and in the common area.

We recently stayed at a Kasa condo in the downtown Des Moines area. The faciity was beautiful and we were greeted with a lovely scent from the time we opened the door. The condo was fully stocked with linens. The kitchen was huge and modern and came with an assortment of teas and coffees, creamers and sugars which was a welcome and pleasant surprise. Communication with the Kasa staff was excellent! We look forward to staying there again and give them a 5 star rating!!

Wheelchair friendly (except for the shower). Easy, contactless entry. Nice, clean place that's super convenient to downtown. The gameroom was not accessible, and the keys provided on lanyards did not seem to match anything on site, but neither of those things affected our stay.

These are apartments in downtown Des Moines. They’re well decorated and stocked with the necessities. Perfect alternative to a hotel. Only downside is no onsite parking but street parking is very easy.

Great place to stay for a visit to Des Moines. Apartment has everything you need in kitchen and bathrooms. Offered wide variety of coffee pods and teas (with paper togo cups, lids!). Off the beaten path of a lot of activity. Great restaurants nearby, walking distance.

Second time staying here. I did not appreciate the automated text messages reminding to “quiet down” “follow rules” “or else”. The apartment building and grounds were very unkempt. There were outstanding maintenance issues that were never fixed from the last time I was there. Any feedback I gave the first stay was mostly ignored. I would still recommend staying here but I wish we didn’t have to deal with Kasa.

Nice place, very new. Very well equipped, clean and excellent management service. The street is somewhat loud. Walkable to tons of downtown places, very nice plus. The bedroom walls don' do all the way to the ceiling, there is an 18" gap/window. It let's some light in but also allows noise to transfer, might not be ideal for all visitors. This is our second stay here and we would go back.

This is a perfect location for a trip to downtown Des Moines. I could walk to coffee, restaurants, the grocery store, and even a great concert venue. The customer service for Kasa is the best part of the stay - prompt, personal replies to any questions and easy check-in and check-out. The units are very clean and stocked with what you need, down to extra paper towels, extra sheets/towels, coffee/tea, laundry detergent, etc. etc. The decorating schemes are very neutral - not exactly "homey" - but really entirely satisfactory for a multi-day stay.

This is a great apartment / condo if you find yourself in Des Moines. It was practically brand new, crisp clean and well decorated. The bedrooms are all down a hallway away from the street so its very quiet. The living and kitchen area is clean and spacious with lots of light and a small balcony. It’s a great location in the center of Des Moines, 5 minute walk to HyVee on court Ave and a short walk to the east village. Highly recommend. And they take pets. The building is easy to enter, there’s a game room for kids and a lounge if you need to get caught up on work. The only downside is parking. You can park on the street pretty easily, however the metered only take quarters or a paper pay card which I’m guessing is something you order. There are public ramps for $1.25 per hour within a block (but the ceilings weren’t high enough for us to get in with our car topper, we found out the hard way). Enjoy.

The rental is just as great as it appears on the website. It is fully appointed with kitchen items, linens, supplies, etc. It feels like a very new unit in terms of the quality of the furnishings and overall cleanliness. The location makes it walkable to so many restaurants and things to do in Des Moines. Just an overall fantastic stay!

A good clean air bnb. Excellent location. The joint listing with Kasa can be redundant, as they have you fill out information and communicate with their own website. They are serious about their quiet hours and have noise monitoring devices in the units. I stayed for about one week and spent ~$70 on parking.

Excellent place to stay if you are needing to be downtown. We thoroughly enjoyed the spaciousness and cleanliness of this place. The bedrooms were clean, the kitchen was exactly what we needed, and the porch was a perfect spot to drink coffee to start our day. Would definitely stay here again!

Kasa apartment was very clean and adequate amenities. You don’t know what unit you’ll be assigned to until you arrive. My unit was directly above the apartment building garage and that noise would be a great disturbance to a lighter sleeper.
