10/10 Exceptional
Great launch pad for exploring downtown Des Moines, Court Ave and East Village neighborhood. Super convenient for longer stays too, close to great supermarkets, stores, services and just a 10-15 min drive to big box retail, great malls, etc. Really clean and well furnished, and check-in/out and communications are exceptionally easy. Kitchen is really nice, and the appliances are in excellent working order.
A quick note — if you can request a higher floor, do so. The unit on first floor is very close to a busy street and can get quite loud.
