Kasa House in Charlotte is a lovely place to stay.
Likes: Location is great. Its on a quiet road in a pretty walkable neighborhood near the hospital, restaurants and some shops. It has nice finishes and great style. Loved the little walkout patio attached to our room. The whole building just has a good vibe and to have a room with a kitchenette is a game changer. We really like the virtual check-in and the virtual desk. If I had a question, I received an immediate and helpful response.
Dislikes: I wish the room was a tad larger, big enough for a couple occasional chairs. We didn't like sitting on the bed to eat breakfast and everything else. I mean it does have a wonderful little kitchen, fully equipped with cooktop, microwave, refrigerator, utensils, crockery and cooking implements. So where's a place to eat? Obviously, you can't make the room bigger but maybe add a couple TV tables to eat from?
The mattress was not great. Have you ever slept on a mattress with someone that dipped in the middle and made you tend to roll toward the middle dip? Yeah. It was great when I slept one night alone, very comfortable but not when we both slept on it.
We will still stay again. We liked it a lot but you did ask what we didn't like.
