10/10 Exceptional
Frequent guest at Kasa Edison, Charlotte. Excellent location in Dilworth neighborhood, close to Southend and Uptown. Starbucks and Bakersfield a block away. 300 East and Kid Cashew are others in the area I recommend (a little further). Area is beautiful! Mature trees, fantastic for walking/running. Ample parking available in private lot. Water bottle refill station in hallway. Lived in CLT for 6 years and I IMO this truly is a perfect location at a great price. Here are my only critiques: Not able to control room temperature in units. There are no thermostats. However, they have Dyson type fans available and thankfully, they do not keep it the temperature that of an icebox. Also, some of the units do not have the TVs viewable from the bed. Rather, located on other side of wall, (annoying…but only SOME units are like this). I frequent Charlotte once a month and find myself re-booking this property. Clean, stocked, modern and bonus: nice outdoor seating area.
