This house/hotel was SO clean!! I can get very anxious about germs, etc, when staying in hotels, and the cleanliness of this one was beyond amazing.
It's different than a traditional hotel, and was more "self-service" style - I found this style to be a huge plus, and the the check in instructions very easy to follow.
Great customer service, and quick responses to questions, again with clear and easy instructions.
Room was beautiful, well designed to make great use of space, and stocked with dishes and all the basics to make the room, bath, and kitchenette fully functional and homey.
Side note, the fire alarm went off during our stay (as can happen anywhere - no fire, thankfully), and the staff and then fire department handled everything so quickly and professionally, that it really wasn't an inconvenience. (Fire dept response time had to be less than 5 min!) Big kudos to everyone on handling that so well!
