We loved the artsy, modern vibe. We came in for the Panthers/Vikings game and had a great stay. Kasa is close to everything and in a safe area. Highly recommend staying at Kasa!

i needed a place to stay for a concert i was going to at the pnc music pavilion and i found this place online. i’ve never heard of it before but the pictures of the eccentric style caught my eye. the price was very good for what you’re getting especially compared to other hotels, although it was a little out of the way from the arena it was so worth it. it’s located in a cute neighborhood and parking wasnt an issue although i was worried at first it would be. i would recommend this place to any of my friends and would definitely stay again.

The team is sort sided and over reactive My room was cold and had no climate control. It was on the ground floor maybe 10 ft from the sidewalk. The curtain didn’t cover all of my large windows. People can literally watch you sleep. The real kick was when they charged me for smoking in the room when I did not. While I am a smoker I only smoke outside and away from people. There were no ash trays or trash cans outside and I don’t litter so my 2 cigarette buds were brought inside a toss in the trash can in my room. They claimed this warranted a full restoration at the cost of 250 dollars. These folks will take advantage of you if they have the opportunity.

We stayed at the Kasa Edison as two couples - each couple with our own rooms. We were kindly positioned next to each other. The property is very clean and well kept. We did happen to see some staff who was kind and friendly. The parking area works good- seemed sufficient while we were there. The place was extremely clean and quiet. The back porch was nice to enjoy a bottle of wine and the fire. The location was near plenty of things to do and seemed like a very safe area. If we go to back to Charlotte, we wouldn't definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Overall good - one constructive comment It was just what we were looking for: a relatively inexpensive place to sleep while visiting our son and daughter-in-law who live within walking distance. Only issue was... we were on the ground floor and curtains did not cover the entirety of the window causing privacy and light issues. I would suggest this be resolved.

Located in a great neighborhood south of uptown. Walking distance to coffee, grocery and restaurants. Limited onsite parking with lots of available on street parking. With a car, easy access to all Charlotte has to offer. Self serve check in was easy. Clean, safe, good value.

I got exactly what I expected and more. If you're looking for amenities, room service, or face to face interaction, Kasa isn't for you, but if you're a self sufficient person who is comfortable using technology, this is a quick, easy, affordable place to stay with very little fuss. I will stay at a Kasa location any time it's available.

Humbled Thought this was going to be a disaster of a trip - ended up quite surprised. Was not thrilled having to use the 'app' and several issues that popped up - took longer than would be ideal. That being said, once I arrived at the house, all pain seemed worth it. Cleanest location I've stayed at in months. Clean modern interior with SO MANY amenities. And value is out of this world. I wanted to hate it.. I can't. Amazing location. Amazing hotel.

We had an awesome stay! Its in the perfect central location it's super close to everywhere we wanted to go. The building and rooms were very clean/modern. Everything was very easy and straight forward from checking in to checking out. It felt like a hotel setting but with Airbnb touch. In all the best way! You can tell alot of thought has been put into this entire concept! Loved my stay! Would definitely recommend it!

Woud stay here again. While I'm not a fan of the type of online check-in system that Kasa and many other properties use, I will put up with it to stay here. The room was well appointed, efficient and super clean and fresh. I was able to work from here, and the team was responsive, professional, and kind.

Very cozy and good location. It’s safe and waking distance from the grocery store and restaurants. However one downside is that tenants cannot control the AC unit so it gets too cold or too hot. I think it’s great value and a very safe location to stay

We loved staying at the Kasa Edison House in Charlotte. My only complaint was not being able to control the air in our room. I felt like it could have been cooler, maybe by 2 degrees. The complex had one control throughout the building, and tenants did not have access to change the temperature. We really loved the place and will definitely book again.

Great location and value. The place is unique and well curated in a safe/accessible area. The host is also responsive and attentive. During our stay and through no fault of their own, one of the other guests was having some sort of fight/ mental breakdown in the middle of the night throwing things and screaming. We reached out to the hosts and they were very responsive and did their best to get in contact with the guest making all the noise to resolve the issue so we could sleep. The amenities in the actual room are extensive and everything you would need for a short or long stay. The place was well kept/clean and comfortable. I was initially concerned that the AC was not in our control (since it’s July/August); however, the hosts kept the room at a perfect temperature the entire time and my fear was unfounded. Would not hesitate to book with this host again.
