Great experience, the room was so clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful! We didn't have a desk in the room, but we were allowed to take any of the common area chairs. Great tv and kitchen space. The neighborhood is very safe and walkable. Everything you need is in a 5 min walking distance. Great access to downtown by car.

We had a great time visiting for NYE. My only concern was the window in unit 6 are sealed shut, we could not open the windows at night compared to other units I could see were open. This was a safety concern for me. Overall, would 100% stay again. The Dilworth area was to die for!!! So happy we picked this place.

Nice, clean and a great location. It has everything you need for short or long term stay. My only issue was you can hear everything. If sound coming from the halls or other units doesn’t bother you I’d definitely recommend staying here.

The AC was too hot and controlled for the whole building so you cannot change it or turn it off. It would blow hot air into the room most of the time. I was told to buy a cooling Unit, but i didnt have a car or the time to do so. Other than that it was good. But when the temperature is off and you are sweating and feeling uncomfortable it is hard to think of the good stuff.

Enjoyed my stay here, very nice & clean, what made me really satisfied was the cleanliness + location. The only con was overlooking how small the place actually was and the fact that there was no AC so it did get very hot during the night but the fan helped a little. Overall, I would recommend. Thank you for having us kasa!

This property is outstanding! The apartment is so clean and quaintly decorated and well-equipped! Bed was comfortable and the living room and kitchenette were perfect for what we needed. There were indoor and outdoor common areas available as well. We had our vehicle broken into at a trail head away from the property and we’re so happy that the neighborhood was safe and quiet so we had no issue with anyone tampering with our truck with a broken window. We liked it so much we decided to extend our trip by a day! Highly recommend!!

Noise level was a bit disruptive at times (thin walls and no carpeting to absorb sound) but other than that, it was a lovely place to stay.

I would absolutely stay here again next time I’m in Charlotte. Location of this place couldn’t be better. If you prioritize a more local experience over major hotel amenities, this place is for you. Fantastic neighborhood - great for taking walks and as a jumping off point for exploring Charlotte. It’s brand new so everything is fresh and the building felt safe. Quiet street and my fellow guests were also quiet so I got a great couple nights’ sleep. Instructions were clear and easy to get in the building and the room. Couple things they could tweak - the windows were very dirty and covered in cobwebs. I opened the window because you can’t control the temperature in the room, which is my only real complaint. (Though it would also be great to have an ice machine, too...)
