Loved my stay at Kasa Edison House! It's located in the prettiest neighborhood yet just steps from shops and restaurants. My room--the studio--was small, but the bathroom was roomy with a great shower and big closet. The decor was modern and fun. I felt like I'd stumbled on a great find and will seek out Kasa in other cities.

We had a nice stay, I only wish we could control the temperature in each individual room. Everything was very clean, there was shampoo, etc and things to cook with. A very nice outdoor space as well!

This was a nice modern place to stay. It was very close to my work for the week. The bed was comfortable, lots of pillows and blankets. The shower and toiletries were great! Plenty of towels provided. Parking in the lot was not an issue. gas station right down the road. some things i couldn't tell before booking: - people can see you from window on ground level so couldn't keep curtains open - there's a lot of doors to go through to get inside (difficult if lots of luggage) - no study space in the room or any counter space - no kitchen supplies besides fridge, microwave, coffee machine and water heater, even though booking said pots/Pans/dishes provided. - cannot control temperature within room since it is centrally controlled only. Overall a nice stay but kind of overpriced for the amenities provided.

Kasa was an excellent stay for our two night trip to Charlotte! It was a wonderful location in Dilworth, we enjoyed having the option of walking to many close shops and restaurants. Uptown and South End were just a quick Uber or Scooter ride away which was very nice! The Kasa was quiet and even had a sound machine in the room which we loved. Overall we loved our stay and would definitely recommend Kasa to others!

Overall a good and interesting experience. There wasn't a work space (table, chair, power) in the common area and I would have appreciated one. Some light from the hall leaks into the room from a large gap at the bottom of the door. But, all in all, I was quite comfortable and it worked out for me. Worth trying to see if it's right for you.

Location in Charlotte’s Dilworth neighborhood is close to center and interesting sites such as Freedom Park. Good restaurant options and supermarket within walking distance. The property is very comfortable and nicely decorated. Loved the front patio to sit and appreciate te peaceful surroundings and beautiful trees near the property.

Likes: Nothing comes to mind. Property did have psrkinv although said it didn't Dislikes: No cleaning, emptying of bins, refresh of coffee cups etc. Very strigent with check in and check out times. Dirty bed linen and cheap furniture. Loud fan. TV hard to work. Full look in to my room from outside. Expensive cleaning fee charged

Kasa place is very nicely furnished with the most up to date furniture. However, if you’re okay with noise, then it’s good. Otherwise, it’s a really loud area that’s close to a main road. Also, there are no thermostats in these units. Everyone is on one setting, which was not my favorite. The hosts were great though.

Very organized check-in instructions and directions. Good centralized location in a safe neighborhood. It’s a true studio apartment with no separation between the kitchen & bed. Only downfalls: no space for any dining table, so we had to have our meals on the bed. The entire floor shares one thermostat.

Great stay. Central location close to Uptown. Very modern artistic apartment-style rooms with nice common areas throughout. Definitely worth the stay, would recommend bringing a lap desk if you are visiting for business as there’s no seating other than the bed in each room and no desk height surfaces to work from on site currently.
