Reviews of Kasa Edison House South End Dilworth CharlotteReviews of Kasa Edison House South End Dilworth Charlotte

Super clean and cute place to stay, plenty of amenities, complementary snacks, too.

Place was great

This apartment was absolutely perfect! We had a short stay and everything was so nice. The neighborhood was very peaceful and quiet. It wasn’t noisy at all. The place was very clean!

Everything from check in to check out was simple and had very detailed instructions. The room was nice and quaint and very clean and the decor is just fun!

Cool little hotel great service and staff the landscaping is great. Cool patio outback with really nice grass really well taken care of landscaping.

Exceptionally clean.

Our room was spacious and well-appointed, and the location in Dilworth was convenient and easy to find. The street was quiet and so was the building. Would recommend, great stay.

Kasa's listing was in an amazing location/area. However, the room was much smaller than expected. Also, no cooking/ kitchen utensils were provided which made it difficult to stay in such a small room for 4 nights.

Clean room with all that we needed including dishes, utensils, and basic cooking supplies. I would recommend staying here.

Amazing stay. Clean and cozy. Great location too!

Such a great deal, the perfect place for a weekend stay! Felt so safe and centrally located to everything we needed. Would definitely stay again.

cozy space in a nice area, would definitely stay here again

This place smells really clean when you walk in. I had a very comfortable stay and exceeded my expectations. Would definitely come back.

The space was small but exactly what we needed for one night. Very clean and organized would definitely stay again.

Clear check-in instructions. Parking right outside. Walking distance to coffee shop, wine bar, and a frozen yogurt shop.

I had a Queen Suite, and the room was great! The sofa and bed were both very comfortable, and I appreciated that the tvs had Roku devices for me to use. The WiFi was strong and there were no lags with the service. On the whole, it was a fantastic stay and I would definitely recommend it to anyone else.

Loved how close everything was to the property. It was a quiet neighborhood and such a smooth checkout process. Loved the water refill station in the lobby area and how stocked everything was. Super clean and comfortable! Would definitely book again when I visit next time!

Everything was great, but not being able to control the temperature in the room was ROUGH. We sweated basically the whole trip even with both fans on. And fans aggravate my allergies so I was hot, with eye and sinus irritation all weekend. I wish I would have read the reviews closer before booking!

Great peaceful spot in NC! Walkable to restaurants and other public facilities!

Well over priced for the comfort and amenities Likes: Very plain Jane. Felt like a modern motel. Dislikes: Nothing felt plush or accommodating

Didn’t have a long stay but truly enjoyed it while we were there. Felt very cozy and comfy:)

I had a delightful stay at Kasa. The place was as described and extremely clean. It was a great location and a met all my needs for my short weekend trip to visit my friend in Charlotte. I would definitely stay at kasa for future trips.

Good communication

I went to Charlotte for a bed building event so I just needed a place to crash. Ease of checking in was great. The building was clean and had a smell of cleanliness and the room was clean as well. Had a little fridge for my leftovers from the BBQ joint. I plan on going again next year for the bed building event and will make arrangements to stay at Kasa again.

Very clean and cozy. Small and cozy, it was everything I needed. Beautiful bathroom and shower

I had such a great time here at Kasa! And I was able to extend my stay super last minute. Thank you and would love to stay again!

Beautiful space, small concerns Likes: We enjoyed the location, the design, and the ease of use for passkeys. The spaces were beautifully done as well. Dislikes: We did not like the bed, it was small. We would have preferred access to a washing machine since housekeeping only cleans after checkout and we had a relatively long stay.

Was a nice building and apartment but very small and no laundry. Good for a night or two and in a nice quiet area. Not a fan of scaling payments for early or late check in/out. No place to store luggage. Staff was very nice onsite.

Outstanding stay in Dilworth Kasa. Suites all well appointed and clean. Building was quiet and had good parking. All communication was clear and easy to follow. Great price, great location. Would definitely stay again or try another Kasa location!

I was in town for a concert and was so happy to find kasa for my stay! I felt very safe, it was quiet and peaceful, and not too far from the Spectrum center. Will definitely be back for another visit! :)

Room was lovely, light filled, clean and well appointed. The kitchen had everything I needed at there was a gas station and shops restaurants, grocery store I could walk to or drive to within a minute. Easy to get into downtown, UNc Charlotte… free parking and some nice walking trail and beautiful neighborhood to walk through as well. I was only staying for a bit but it was nice enough I could have done an extended stay there are felt very comfortable. Also I don’t know what fragrance they used in the hallways and main common room but it was amazing! I wanted to buy it! Really enjoyed the hotel.

Great, easy stay! Clean, well-furnished, affordable.

I've written this review three times and somehow it won't post. This place sucks. Poor communication representative kept repeating themselves when they promised parking and then tell me to park on the street. My Pops (who is 82 years old by the way) reserve this place for me for 9 days. They don't even have a closet. They have little drawers. My clothes come on hangers. My pops thought he was doing me Justice by putting me close to uptown. I wanted to leave as soon as I got here but they said no refund. At $240 a night for nine days I could have stayed at the Marriott uptown which includes food. But I guess this is what happens when communication is lacking and now I'm stuck here. Keep in mind they have these little heaters that may oscillate when it feels like it in the remote control with no batteries. It stays at 67° in here for 2 hours before the room warmed up. At this point I just want to go home. And I will keep writing this review until I see it posted. Give me my refund and I will gladly delete this review. Update: 4/10/26 All the outlets in the room go out. Its 11pm on a Friday night. I can't call my pops because he is sleeping. I go outlet to outlet until I find the one in the bathroom works. So I plug the heater in the bathroom so at least I won't be cold tonight. Phone has to charge in the bathroom. The bed lamp doesn't work but I can't reach behind the headboard to unplug it. So no light but the overhead. Praise God I have shelter.

Kasa is an amazing place to stay! It is artfully designed and centrally located. The whole building was clean and the room was so comfy. We love the patio where you can sit, have a drink and enjoy the ambiance. Communication from Kasa was great! We stayed 2 separate nights and when back in the area it will be our goto, of they aren't booked up!!

Perfect stay everything so clean

Great room! Always my go to place bc of the deals!

The location was perfect for what we needed this weekend. The place was quaint and quiet and beautifully kept.

The room was so spacious and had everything we needed.

I was so impressed with Kasa and am recommending to all friends and family that visit the area. It’s in a great quiet location with tree lined streets and gorgeous homes. In was promixity to the hospital and lots of food options. Easy, safe parking and very quiet at night. Unit was sparkling clean and comfortable bed, couch, and living area. Affordable price for what is offered. Though I didn’t use it there is a cute sitting area with fire pit.

Perfect place near the Atrium Medical Hospital. Easy walk to and from to visit.

Could’ve been better if not for the consistent issues Likes: The location was very good Dislikes: The plug sockets never worked apart from the ones next to the stove and fridge, TV refused to come on for days.

Great amenities and easy check-in!

I had a nice stay overall. The room was a bit on the smaller side, but it was clean and comfortable. What really made up for it were all the extra amenities provided—they were thoughtful and made the stay more convenient. The host was accommodating and everything was easy from check-in to check-out. I’d definitely consider staying again.

Clean room, good location, easy check in. Quiet and quaint. Loved this stay!
