Not sure I would stay again for the money. Just a few things lacking to make it worthwhile. Likes: It was a good location for my needs. Dislikes: No heat the first night and having to use a space heater. No coffee maker. Just a pot to heat water and that didn’t work.

If you’re a solo traveler or with a significant other, this is the place to stay and explore downtown Charlotte! The house is in a great area and is close to everything of downtown! The instruction was easy to follow and without unnecessary human interactions. You can even check in early with just a small fee. The room I got came with all amenities to comfortably stay for a whole week. A microwave, a kettle, teabags and coffee, a SMEG fridge, a clothing iron steamer, hangers, body wash, hand wash, shampoo, conditioner, plenty of towels and paper towels, a Homedics Sound Spa, hair dryer, and a Spotify list about North Carolina are all the things I love about the stay. I got the reservation at a very good rate during holiday time. The house is literally surrounded by billion-dollar houses with friendly people and a quiet, peaceful atmosphere created by the trees and chilly weather. You will be in awe just to drive around the neighborhood and admire its beauty. I can’t be more satisfy with the stay with its Gen-Z inspired operation. Whoever pick this spot for this business, they hit the jackpot. I 100% recommend people without pets or kids staying here!

Great place and location. Easy check in and great communication

Our stay exceeded expectations for our business downtown. On top of the ease of our stay, pristine room, and excellent communication from the host, we especially enjoyed how the property is nested inside a beautiful, walkable neighborhood.

Fantastic location that made it easy to get to restaurants. The room was tastefully decorated and very clean. The neighborhood was quiet and there was off-street parking. We appreciated that there was a fridge for leftovers and a microwave for reheating those leftovers. Overall a 10 out of 10.

No thermostat control. Great location. Slow hot water to the room. Mediocre bed.

Kasa House Edison Dilworth Charlotte The place was very nice and cozy and it had everything you would need to enjoy your stay. I can’t wait to book again. I already have my mind set on a weekend with my husband to cook and enjoy the beautiful sitting outside and the actual room. We didn’t really spend much time in there this time but because it was set up so lovely we are definitely going back!! 10 out 10!

First is the only glitch. The building entry code had been changed that day and unfortunately not updated/relayed. When I arrived there were two others at the door talking with the host. The new code was obtained quickly, and they apologized for the issue. Based on that I decided to still give a 5 star. The room code and all other information was correct. There was plenty of parking when I arrived. I only had to park on the street once during my stay due to the parking lot being full. The neighborhood was very nice and clean. I felt safe leaving the car on the street next to the building. The location was great and quiet. The room was clean and there was a nice amount of tea and coffee bags with a hot pot. I had a can of water and left everything else they offered (other than tea and coffee). They used ROKU for television. Nice shower that didn't leak and plenty of towels/washcloths. There is a nice outside area that I didn't take advantage of due to the chilly weather.

Great location and really neat complex

The place was clean and quiet which is all I can say good about it. Heating was provided by an electric space heater which tripped a circuit breaker shortly into our stay. This left us without half of the outlets in the room, including the TV. Normally this might not be a huge deal, but being an unstaffed hotel, we had to wait for someone to return power to the room which just never happened. We left after two days of zero help remedying the issue. Extremely annoying having to rely on heat from a space heater that has already tripped one breaker and worrying if the other one trips in the room, you'll be without heat. Just overall extremely disappointing service that I'll be sure to avoid in the future.

This space was so amazing for my work trip to Charlotte. Beautiful location, great communication and room was so charming and cute. The room was so clean and they provided you with plenty of amenities needed to stay. The only drawback I found is that there was no water available in the fridge until I was able to get to the store. That would have been a nice touch. Other than that I will definitely return.

Walking distance to many restaurants. Enjoyed staying here. Very clean. Responses by the team are quick and helpful. Only downside to note is that you can’t adjust the temperature in your room. Which I did read that before I booked so it wasn’t a surprise. Half the stay the weather was on the warmer side. Despite the ceiling and floor fans being on, it was still a little uncomfortable to sleep. With that said, I would still book again.

Booked last minute to attend family function in Charlotte. Seamless booking and check in process. Room as described and clean. Would book again!

Perfectly situated for access to Atrium Health - easily walkable. Lots of good places to eat and 2 grocery stores nearby. Place was clean and organised. My only criticism is that there is nowhere to hang clothes. Otherwise it was excellent for a few nights stay

Cute and Convenient Hotel The building was gorgeous and fun. I always feel like a well decorated hotel really adds to the overall feel. It was quiet, we barely heard anyone else. Easy parking and entry into the building/unit. Lobby area looked untouched it was so clean and smelled good right when you walked in! We didn’t use the outside patio area but it looked nice. Water fountain with water bottle station was a nice addition. Great location to get to uptown and southend easily. 5-10 minute drive to everywhere we went. Would come bsck again! Thank you!

Great room and area.

Fabulous location, clean, and an excellent value. The automated system is simple and works effectively, even for a tech deficient middle-aged woman. Responsive staff who respond in a timely matter to any concerns or issues. A comfortable, safe, hidden, little gem that I would definitely recommend. Lack of direct human contact was a plus in my book .

Kasa is a modern concept that provides you rooms of different sizes and configurations with fully equipped kitchen. This is my fav accommodation in CLT, of course when it’s available. It’s a must try for everyone!

Room was clean, and the staff was helpful on the phone.

Room was spotless and well-furnished. Everything functioned well. Online concierge was very friendly. The only downside was the inability to adjust the temperature in the room, and it was too chilly.

Really enjoyed my stay here. It was a 12 minute uber to a concert at The Fillmore. The area felt safe and the bed was comfortable. Adorably decorated! Would stay again.

Great experience close to uptown

The room was extremely comfortable. I used the kitchen every morning to make my breakfast. Very close to the hospital. There is a bit of construction going on across the street and One of the days some of my outlets were not working, so I was without TV…not such a big deal. There is a white noise machine in the room. I will definitely stay here again.
