Hey folks. I had a tremendous experience staying at the El Paseo in February 2019. I just wanted to share my experience. I love Espanola way, it is my favourite part of South Beach. For me, staying at the El Paseo made perfect sense. You have incredible restaurants just outside your door, perfect breakfast/coffee spots in the morning, and a very short walk to the beach. If you are concerned about the noise of the street at night, I can say that I stayed in a room facing the back side of the building, and the noise was not even slightly an issue. And speaking of the room, it was very spacious, the bed very comfortable, and the whole thing very clean and accommodating. I will undoubtedly return in the near future. I am pictured in the photo doing some work in the morning on the balcony just outside the second floor library, the balcony is right on Espanola.
