(Translated by Google) Our stay at this property started badly already at the booking stage. I was about to book through the supplier but then I had the idea of writing an email directly to the facility and, having been granted a more advantageous rate, I asked to confirm the room directly, thus proceeding to cancel the option previously taken. Unfortunately, however, once the option was cancelled, Mr. Luis, causing a lot of confusion, decided to also cancel the reservation confirmed directly with the hotel, claiming that it was a waste of time. I was then back to square one. Since the hotel had particularly impressed me, I decided to proceed anyway by confirming the room through my supplier, who, upon my request in this regard, confirmed that I would not have to pay anything on site, not even the resort fees. The welcome at the hotel was terrible! Mr. Israel told us that they were very worried because the reservation had not been paid and they didn't know if it would be paid (we felt treated like starving people), so they asked us for a security deposit of $100 in cash, as my card credit card, already widely used, was not available at the hotel. Same problem also encountered by another couple of Argentine gentlemen (they had booked through the same supplier). Fortunately, after a while they let us settle in the room and so I immediately informed the supplier of what had happened, who then proceeded to call the hotel and resolve the payment issue. Luckily I wasn't wrong, the room was really very nice! Furnished really well, in a modern but very simple style, the bathroom was equipped with a large shower. The view wasn't the best but we didn't mind. The room was equipped with a minibar with alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks of course for a fee, as were all the other products such as wine, sweets, chocolates and biscuits (the costs were well hidden and obviously very high). Nice and clean hotel, equipped on the first floor with a coffee machine, cappuccino (FREE to use), and a small balcony overlooking Espanola Way. I would like to underline the excellent location of the hotel: located in the pedestrian area of Espanola Way, a street that intersects with Washington Avenue, parallel to Collins Avenue and 2 blocks from Ocean Drive. Upon arrival they gave us a card which entitled us to have up to 20% discount at the restaurants on Espanola Way (all very nice). Obviously there were also problems at check out: the resort fees, which were not due, were deducted from the security deposit. Luckily, having received the payment receipt, I forwarded it to my supplier to request a refund, which arrived today. In the end they tried in every way to be clever but they got it badly: I work in tourism and I had never heard of such a thing, much less had it ever happened to me. Obviously I will never recommend this structure, at least until the management changes.

L'accoglienza in hotel fu stata pessima!
