Unsafe, Unacceptable, and Poorly Managed
This was one of the most frustrating stays we’ve had.
There is no elevator—only three steep flights of stairs—and no assistance. Watching people with disabilities struggle up those stairs was honestly upsetting and raises serious safety concerns.
The room was freezing, with no internet, no TV, and not even a blanket. After a long travel day, this was unacceptable.
Even worse, there is no staff available at night. We called multiple times and were told to wait until morning. That is not hospitality.
Despite all of this, when we requested a short late checkout, we were told we would need to pay extra.
KASA runs multiple properties but seems to prioritize expansion over basic guest care and safety. It’s only a matter of time before someone gets hurt carrying luggage on those stairs.
We received a $50 refund after repeated complaints, which does not reflect the severity of the issues.
I strongly recommend staying elsewhere.
