The room was decently clean but dusty and clearly not deep cleaned. Water pressure in the rooms are awful and hot water takes nearly 10 minutes of running to finally warm up. The property itself was incredibly dirty and dingy, not surprising though given the old buildings. It just doesnt seem likes staff cares to maintain what is there. The location however was more than ideal. Restaraunts everywhere and the beach was less than a 10 minute walk away.

This is not an acceptable check-in experience. The door lock system was also unreliable and difficult to use, especially in bad weather, which further delayed entry. During the process, we were also presented with a deposit choice between a refundable $250 hold or a $47 non-refundable fee. The way this was presented felt unclear and potentially misleading. In short: no staff, unclear instructions, unreliable access, and a stressful arrival experience. Guests should not have to troubleshoot entry to their accommodation in the rain. Proceed with caution.

Even after attempting to follow the process, we struggled to get inside, which made the situation even more frustrating. Another concerning issue was the deposit setup during check-in: guests are presented with either a refundable $250 deposit or a $47 non-refundable fee. The way this is presented feels intentionally misleading and pushes guests toward selecting a non-refundable option. Overall, this place fails at the most basic requirement of a hotel — allowing guests to enter the property smoothly and safely. Lack of staff, poor communication, unreliable access system, and questionable payment design make this a very stressful and unpleasant experience. I would not recommend staying here unless you are prepared to deal with serious check-in issues on your own.

Great location, staff came to meet us to keep our luggage’s while room was getting ready. Live the code maker available inside the room. Valet was convenient and close to the door. Safe to walk around and easy to go to Ocean drive . Love the location would stay there again

There's coffee maker but no cups to make coffee and the shower water temperature is not consistent it doesn’t stay warm. Everything else is great especially the location.

I don't typically leave reviews, especially negative ones, because I understand things happen. That said, this was one of the worst places I have ever stayed. We arrived late Saturday night, and when we woke up the next morning, we noticed bugs crawling IN and ON one of the beds. We immediately contacted the host (around 9 am), and they came to inspect it to determine whether they were bed bugs. They informed us that they were not and that they would change our sheets and spray the area with bug spray. They finally came around 3-4, so it took them about 6+ hours to do so after multiple requests. Although we did not see any bugs for a few days afterward, their wings kept appearing on the "clean" sheets. On the last day, we had noticed that the bugs were back and that they were actually termites, which were actively eating both beds and the wood shelves throughout the Airbnb. I am not very picky about where | stay, but this was by far the most ridiculous and disgusting apartment ever.

Located on the cozy Street with multiple restaurants and a European vibe. The room is very nice and spacious.

Likes: Clean room, Great location Dislikes: Very noisy( they provided earplugs) Could not get the TV to function. 24 hours later, someone showed up to help you needed to cast some arbitrary number in order to get the TV to function. All other rooms use their room number. The property offered luggage storage. On the website it told you to provide a text to a specific number when I did that. I received a text back saying that was not their function and referred to the website for how to get luggage storage.

communication was great with these folks but it is all virtual. that is fine as long as there isnt a huge issue like a problem with the room. then it takes a while to rectify it. they did make it right and worked with me.

Great Stay ✅🩵 My boyfriend and I (early 30s) stayed here for a few days in mid March. We loved the location, the ability to store our bags after check out, and the spacious room. The price was amazing for South Beach and we definitely will use them again when we come back!

I'll stay here again for sure! Room was small but perfectly designed, good a/c, plenty parking right outside, & live Irish music in cafe when i arrived. I didn't try the pool but its big & inviting, I just ran out of time. i loved it!
