Cool place

The Management very professional, helpful and supportive. I appreciate your excellent communication with me. Thank you for your patience and empathy during my unexpected situation. I will definitely prefer to deal with your valued company/Boutique than any other hotels.

Room was smallish but very clean and beautifully decorated. No noise complaints at all. Lovely area. Great value. I would definitely stay here again!

Clean and comfortable and convenient!

Very good experience!

There is no balcony, water problem did not get fixed. Could not take shower.

We found this place to just be …. okay. It’s a great location that’s for sure. But it’s pretty much just a hotel room, nothing more. It was noisy, and not so much noise coming from the street activity but from noise in the complex, noisy people outside the building, a very noisy chime on the electronic door looks, loud banging every time a door shuts. Also our unit faced the walkways which were very well lighted but all that light came right in our window at night because there was not curtains just slat type blinds on the windows. So all in all, we’ve been in worse and we’ve been in better. I know Miami South Beach is spendy and we picked this place for the reasonable price but maybe paying a little more might be a better idea.

Quarto amplo, excelente localização, próximo a diversas atrações e restaurantes.

(Translated by Google) Excellent location, perfect for going to the beach and also taking a stroll along famous avenues like Lincoln and Española Way. The rooms are in perfect condition; the cleanliness, room size, and bathroom are noteworthy. The staff is always available for any issues, especially Lesvil and Jorge for their helpfulness. However, check-in must be done entirely online; there's no in-person service. Their 24-hour messaging service is very helpful with this. Thank you very much. Muchas gracias

Great stay but would love an elevator and storage Likes: It's new, cozy, clean and value for money. The location is also great and walkable to nearby spots in Miami Beach. Dislikes: There's no elevator so you have to haul your luggages on the stairs (lucky for me, my room was on the 3rd floor!). There's also no luggage storage before checkin or after checkout.

The location is superb right in the middle of the most vibrant area. However during our 6 day stay we had no house keeping visits and had to text the company for someone to empty bins and change towels. They state there is someone on reception during the daytime but on several visits to ask for house keeping I could not find anyone.

Great place!

It works, but this is not a hotel. Kasa El Paseo is “a virtual hotel.” That’s the terminology used by a worker entering in the morning as we left. I presume he was part of the cleaning crew. Guests reach management and staff via telephone, text or WhatsApp. Although we got prompt responses to the one or two inquiries we made, the only human beings we saw were cleaning staff. Lengthy explanations of services offered by a front desk said it was staffed from 8 AM to midnight. We never saw anybody at the desk. I wouldn’t feel good about leaving baggage behind the desk if you want to walk the neighborhood after checking out, as no one would be watching. There’s a code on the door, but several other guests struggled to find the code in their stuff. We let them in, assuming burglars don’t bring kids or put aitline tags on their bags. When we lost the code, we were able to text and get a prompt reply at 11 pm.. We left a long list of minor things to fix, but trust they’ll be tended to. A chair in the room would have been a nice improvement. Nevertheless, the room was clean, and the air conditioner worked well until the last few hours. The location is great. The El Paseo Españoka was alive late at night. Lots of expensive restaurants and boutique shops. Our room was quiet. The reduced staff was reflected in a more reasonable price for the room, as I recall.

Great stay! I had great 2 night stay here. Very clean, nice cool AC, bathroom has nice. It has working TV, and fridge. Only down side is that I had to carry my luggage up three floors. I’m not sure if it was hidden somewhere, but to me it seemed like everyone was using the stairs. Also at check-in you do it online. There’s a phone number that you can call they will send a worker to you to help you with anything. Therefore heads up checking in might be confusing. The location is great area, and only few minutes walk from the beach.

Room was clean and hotel had excellent location

Great location and room was perfect

Clean room, hotel is in a great location and very cozy.

Ottima posizione, il resto da dimenticare. Likes: Location. Dislikes: Comunicazione.

Great location in busy Miami Beach. Wifi was good. TV had no live channels, only streaming from your own device if chrome cast was supported and then HBO was very flaky. Kitchen was functional and groceries were easy to buy nearby.

Yes. No staff present.

Great central location. Surprised I fly quiet for being in the middle of town and surrounded by bars. Clear check-in and checkout instructions. Place was simple but fine and just as described.

The room was quite nice, and the location is convenient, but if they put you into one of the rooms along Española Way, be prepared that there will be incredibly loud music played until at least 2 AM every evening. South Beach has a lot of noisy hotels because it’s a party city, but this was unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. It’s very surprising that they cannot work with the owners of the Italian restaurant below to get them to at least turn down their music after 12:00 or so.

The most beautiful place to stay in Miami, allowing you to live in the moment to the fullest. I will definitely recommend this place to friends and family, and I myself will rent it again in the future.

This place is very nice and close to everything. The staff was very helpful offering to clean the place like a hotel

I brought in the New Year at Kasa and it was a wonderful experience. I was able to check in early a plus traveling with a toddler. The place is the heart of Espanola way filled with restaurants and culture. I enjoyed the noise and it made me feel alive. The place was clean and has everything you need. Hot shower and plenty of towels. A plus was beach access with chairs. They even had toys for my son to use at the beach. There is no elevator but I enjoyed the exercise after the holiday calories. Thank you so much for starting off my 2026!

No front desk person if you have questions. No elevator I had to drag my luggage up steps with a baby and stroller.

(Translated by Google) Everything was perfect. The room had everything we needed, the location is fantastic and right in the heart of the entertainment. Lesvi and the staff were very friendly. The self check-in instructions were very clear. I loved it and would definitely stay at Kasa again!

Perfect stay! Likes: Clean and cozy Dislikes: Everything was perfect

very beautiful place in the best neighborhood

The room was super clean. The location is great, close to lots of restaurants. It could be noisy since we are in the middle of everything but the hotel provided eat plugs and noise canceling machines so it works great
