Likes: Interacted only with one person, who helped me check in. Booking had not passed the information for the hotel so it took them more than two hours to check me in. The location was excellent and relatively clean Dislikes: the rooms had no windows

Check-in was a breeze thanks to the keypad system—no keys to worry about, which made everything super convenient. The place itself was new, spotless, and had everything we needed. The bathroom was especially spacious and came with all the essentials, including a blow dryer. The location couldn’t be better—right on Española Way, surrounded by amazing restaurants and just a short walk to everything. I was a little concerned it might be noisy at night, but we stayed in Building 4 and it was completely quiet. Small touches like complimentary water bottles and beach towels were a lifesaver and really appreciated. The bed was large and super comfortable too. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Dislikes: Abbiamo prenotato un soggiorno di 3 notti in questa struttura, attraverso due prenotazioni (2+1), per entrambe le prenotazioni ci è stato preso un deposito di 250$ (tot 500$), non giustificato. In 3 gg non ci hanno mai cambiato gli asciugamani, nonostante le nostre richieste via mail indirizzate alla reception virtuale, ci rispondevamo che lo avrebbero fatto ma non li hanno mai cambiati. Infine la cosa più grave è stato un problema di sicurezza; il primo giorno a Miami c’è stato un forte temporale, che ha causato una grossa infiltrazione di acqua nel soffitto in bagno sopra la doccia, l’acqua aveva formato una grossa bolla e l’acqua in circolo usciva dal faretto di illuminazione sopra la doccia, ci siamo lavati con l’acqua che ci cadeva in testa dal faretto, con un grosso pericolo (foto allegata). Nonostante le mail inviate alla reception virtuale in 3 giorni non è intervenuto nessuno a riparare. SCONSIGLIATO!

Cozy place

Amazing location in Miami Beach, pretty good price and honestly the location was well worth it would go again

The place was clean and tidy. We needed new towels towards the end of our stay and after asking for them, they were brought to the apt very fast! The only thing I’m not happy with is that we thought we were getting the balcony pictured on the listing. There’s no balcony at all.

Accurate description and the place was clean. But this place is so far from the roots of airbnb... I've been staying in airbnbs for 10 years and this might as well be a corporate chain hotel minus front desk staff. There were WAY too many check-in messages like weeks before my arrival it was getting to the point of annoyance. Plus you need multiple codes to get through all the gates and doors. Not convenient, not airbnb, unfortunately I wouldn't stay here next time. Even the locks on the doors were hotel grade. People stay at airbnbs for a personal feel, not a hotel. It was very clean though.

Absolutely loved this place! We booked it last minute for our trip and it was everything we needed and more. The customer service is spot on! They responded really quickly to any questions we had. The rooms were very clean, housekeeping did an amazing job. The beach chair that’s they provide were easy to find and grab. The location is in the perfect spot for south beach. Not too far from Ocean Drive and right on Española Way. Would recommend this place to anyone.

Likes: Nice location just a five minute walk from the beach. Dislikes: Quality was lower then expected with noisy machines just outside the bedroom and poor finishing of the room itself. Pictures on Booking do not properly reflect the actual state of the hotel.

Very bad accommodation! Likes: The location is very good, and the street noise mentioned in advance was not disturbing. The room was spacious and well-equipped. Dislikes: This accommodation is not a 3-star hotel, but an apartment that is not cleaned during your stay. There is no reception, and the cleaning lady, who only cleans the common areas, does not speak English. When the extractor fan or air-conditioning system of the restaurant below the room was switched on, the floor and walls of the room shook and vibrated loudly and unbearably. The noise and vibration lasted almost the entire day. For two nights I could not sleep, and during the hot days I did not return to the room because the noise and shaking were unbearable! At first, I politely asked for help via email, and they made promises, but nothing changed. When I wrote in a firmer tone, the noise was no longer constant throughout the day. After this, I cannot say that this accommodation is good value for money — it is not worth paying for, it’s a waste of money! I do not recommend it to anyone!!! It was a nightmare!

This is about the fifth time I've stayed here, and with each visit I find more reasons to continue coming back. The peace, the comfort, the location, and the customer service are absolutely unrivaled.. especially for the price point, I couldn't ask for more. The cutest location! So many restaurants and the beach is right there! Super duper clean (Kasa is always good for this!). Check in is very smooth and easy. Communication with this host is always the best. Ive stayed with Kasa before and will keep returning! 10/10 recommend.

The entire stay, the hotel, the location (very quiet rooms despite the noisy location on Espanola Way), and the value for money are unbeatable! Das erste Mal zum reinigen sind Sie am Donnerstag gekommen und wollten am Dienstag (Abreise Mittwoch) erneut kommen. Die Planung der Reinigungsintervalle war etwas ungeschickt für das Preis-Leistungsverhältniss sind 2x Reinigung für unsere Aufenthaltsdauer aber definitiv ausreichend, wünschenswert wären nur gelegentlich frische Tücher gewesen da es allgemein eher feucht war. Durch die virtuelle Reception hatten wird keinen weiteren Kontakt mit dem Personal, es lief aber alles reibungslos. Wir waren nicht das erste Mal da und kommen immer gerne wieder! Der gesamte Aufenthalt, das Hotel, die Lage (sehr ruhige Zimmer trotz lauter Lage vom Espanola Way) und die Preis- Leistung sind unschlagbar! Kommen immer wieder sehr gerne! :)

The location was great!

I needed a last minute local stay and found this charming little hotel on Espanola Way. It was affordable, super clean and much quieter than I expected. I also needed somewhere I could bring our dog that wasn't going to break the bank with the pet fee. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to out of town guests.

Kasa is always great to stay with. Nice, clean spaces. Easy check in. Super helpful customer service. Couldn’t recommend them enough!

Amazing location if you want to have a lively atmosphere and be near to south beach and restaurants/ bars etc but loads of bed bugs in the bed that bit us so sleeping was uncomfortable

Outstanding The apartment was exceptionally comfortable, equipped with all the essentials for a restful night's stay, and was situated in a scenic neighborhood with numerous shops and restaurants in close proximity.

Preis- Leistung- Lage TOP Das einchecken ist nicht sehr einfach. Leider erst ab 16 Uhr! Die Lage ist Top. Die Zimmer haben alles was man braucht. Sehr alte Möbel aber für den Preis völlig okay. Sehr Sauber und ruhig. Würde ich wieder buchen.
