Great location, smaller than expected and watch out for bugs. Likes: The location was nice & shower was perfect Dislikes: The bugs in our room. It was a very small room and we didn’t receive much of housekeeping let alone trash pick up.

Overall, a great place to stay if the beach is your focus. The front door battery died so we got locked out a few times. There often were no towels or toilet paper left in the concierge closet, but staff was responsive to requests.

Absolutely love staying here! Friendly staff… Amazing location… 4th time staying here… will be back!!

Amanda loves Kasa! I almost dont want to spread the word because this is truly a hidden Gem. I stay at EL Paseo Miami Beach 1 to 4 times a week sometimes, depending on my schedule. I absolutely love this little spot. I remember when I moved to South Beach in 2000, Espanola Way, where beautiful EL Paseo is situated, became my favorite road in Miami and I used to look up at the apartments from the restaurants and want to rent an apartment here. EL Paseo is nestled into the most charming little block in the city amongst so many wonderful, little, cultural bars and restaurants lining the path. You literally walk a few steps from the rooms and you are in the pulse of it all. You feel like you are in Spain or Italy as you sip your cafe or mojitos or italian gelato....and gaze at the best international people watching ever. Check in and out are very simple... and I am usually not a big fan of virtual or self check in's. At Kasa, the customer service is available 24/7 via text or phone call , which is also surprising with these kinds of checkin's, but they are friendly, eager to assist and on it. And it is Dog Friendly!! The rooms are clean, all fully rennovated, no signs of any tropical little pests at all, tastefully simple and modern with perfect little touches like ear plugs, coffee machine, coffee, beach towels, iron/board, refrigerater, etc.... I have been around in real estate and travel/ hospitality and I like what I experience every time with Kasa! I will continue to stay at here and would be proud if I were an employee here. I have recommended El Paseo to a few discerning friends who were all very pleased as well. Well done! Keep up the great work!! Bravo! Have fun guys!! You will love it!

Beautiful location. This location is near local buses and free trolley. I had plenty of restaurants near me. The one bedroom unit was clean and well furnished. In morning I could hear the birds chirping and at night I can hear people at the bars and restaurants having a good time. Very close to the beach. I plan to return if GOD wills.

Casa El Paseo was awesome! We stayed on the 3rd floor, our room had a balcony that looked out over Espanola Way. Check in was all online. No issues. We stayed Sunday night and the restaurants on Español Way were busy until after 2am. So the room can be a little noisy, but we'll woth it. The beach is only 2 blocks away. There are several restaurants close by that give a 15% discount for staying at the hotel. Overall this place was well with it. Thanks.

Great location right in the middle of the vibrant Espaniola Way with great restaurant options right outside the lobby. Also convenient for other South Beach options like Ocean Drive, Lincoln street and the beach. The hotel has beach access through the Boucher Brothers to provide beach chairs in a designated part of the beach. Note that this includes the chairs only and you pay separately for an umbrella. This hotel does not operate a staffed lobby but all the info is provided electronically and if you follow the instructions, you will be fine. The room was modern and clean. No issues whatsover. Parking is provided through a valet parking stand. They were helpful and quick to get the car. Again if you follow the instructions, you will have no trouble finding it. They have stands on the north and south ends of the pedestrian Espaniola Way. Some reviews complain about noise level. But we had no issues with it. It is a 3-storey hotel in the middle of an entertainment district - of course there will be some noise. We slept fine. I would use this hotel again and I highly recommend it.

If you want to hate Miami - book this place! Look reviews- here was bulgar cases, when someone easily came to guest room and stole goods !! It’s not safe at all! There is no reception, no security, nothing! You will go out and every time think about your staff you left in the room, stress non stop. Very loud environment down, you can hear absolutely all what’s happening outside down in millions of bars and restaurants! They provide you eartups😬 because all night you will be in the middle of the parties and night life, no sleep. Absolutely impossible to find the building, there is nobody to help you out to meet you and to find it, they send you in email one address building - in reality it’s absolutely another, they never reply to your WhatsApp messages (when you book it it’s written 24/7 support, it’s not true! ). I had to call their USA number and spend my roaming money for trying to understand how to find the building! I regret a lot of booking that place, never again. Lost a lot of nerves and time! Spent 40 minutes with 2 heavy luggage’s running around trying to find that place. Inside humidity smell and very old stuff in all rooms. Find something else for you , it’s my kind suggest. My worst experience ever with the hotels, never recommended

Great place in Miami Beach Clean comfortable hotel in an amazing part of Miami Beach. We thought it may be noisy in this area, but it really wasn’t too bad! We would absolutely stay again!

We were in building 5 in a 2 bed 1 bath flat. The flat looks exactly like the pictures with cute decor. Overall very clean and felt like it was a safe area with lots of restaurants nearby + beach being just a 5-10 min walk away. Would definitely recommend staying at Kasa overall a very good experience.

The checkin was easy and came with reminders to my text and email which was helpful…. And then the room was well decorated and cozy. It was in a very central location easy walking distance to the beach and restaurants. It was a little loud with the nightlife but the hotel did provide ear plugs so that helped a lot. To be honest I fell asleep right away so to really did not bother me. Over all a great location, clean comfortable environment at a reasonable price.

Likes: La ubicación Dislikes: Pues yo tuve más de una semana para que me devolviera una cantidad cobrada a mi cuenta de banco fraudulento y yo reservé dos habitaciones para la familia y tuve que llamar porque me ubicaron las habitaciones en edificio diferentes puede que yo no especifique pero se supone que si tengo dos habitaciones con el mismo número de reserva sea para la familia ya que como somos más de lo permitido reservé dos también pedí salir un poquito más tarde y no me lo aceptaron lamentablemente ya tengo confirmado y pagado completo otra reserva y voy a regresar ya incómoda al mismo hotel gracias.

BEWARE of all Kasa operated hotels!!! Our room was burglarized at The Meridian down the street and the Kasa Team showed zero remorse! Over 3000 worth of damages and if you ask me it was an inside job... They won't show us video surveillance and a police report is currently ongoing...

Great location above Española Way and only two blocks from the beach! The bed was very comfortable, bathroom was clean and had everything we needed, kitchen was small but still had all we needed. Appreciate having access to lounge chairs on the beach.

We loved the location and the room was clean and comfy. I personally loved the decor as well. The only thing I didn't like was having to carry our luggage to the 3rd floor since there is no elevator.
