Was a pleasure to stay at this location, that was close to everything i needed. The apt photos are realistic, the space was very clean. Had an issue with check in and the lock but Kasa responded quickly and was able to assist with getting us inside the location. Thank you so much for hosting.

Perfect spot for walkable beach and restaurants

This location is perfect! Located on Española Way, so the road we stayed on is not for cars, but full of great restaurants! Less than 5 minute walk to Ocean Drive and the beach. Very responsive and helpful hosts! Would highly recommend this place! It was also pretty quiet in our room, considering it's off a busy road, super surprising, as I've stay in loud locations in Miami and was expecting the same here. Room was clean and came with great perks like beach chairs and discounts at restaurants on that road. Will be back!

Annoying system with no key I have never stayed in a hotel like this that doesn't have a key for the room.When I arrived I stood outside for long time until I saw a number on the door saying you should call and then I was told to fill out a form online and I even did Face ID (that I never use) after a long time they sent me a numbers via WhatsApp to enter the hotel and my room.I was lucky in 4 days my cell never died because there is no key you have to memorize 2 passwords or sleep on the street. It's really annoying and not practical. You are on vacation and the last thing you want to worry about is remembering numbers and seeing if your battery is running out. On my last night at 11pm my AC stopped working and the room was hot so I wrote several times and no one answered me until a while later they told me that I should change rooms at almost 1am. My room was a mess and I had to move everything to another room and the new room had a very loud motor noise on the wall every 5 minutes. I couldn't sleep also because the people in the next door arrived at 2:30am and started shouting in the hallway and partying in the room.The hotel is very clean and the rooms are very well equipped, but the system doesn't work it really sucks to pay a lot of money and have to wait on the phone for someone to answer, as if we were doing the hotel a favor by staying there. The guests are very noisy and don't respect ppl, internet not good and you have to call, pillows have a hard seal that hurts your head.

Had the best time here. Room was super comfortable. We had a suite with small kitchen. We bought groceries and everything was so nice. And very old school Miami - I am so happy about this hidden gem. The beds are super comfortable. And the location is top notch. The tv can be tricky to work. You need to have your own tv apps to connect to WiFi. Like Hulu or Netflix. But that was no biggie. Overall 10 *s

Great stay went for my husbands 40th birthday 🎉 at night noise goes to like 2-3 am so they put a noise machine so that worked excellent! We loved the location and staff was very responsive ! Would stay again.

Kasa Airbnb attendants provided clear, helpful instructions to get in. We requested towels and got them within a few hours. It doesn’t look exactly like the photos of the room but it was good enough for a short stay. It’s close to the beach and restaurants! Very lively spot. No microwave but they have a fridge.

J’ai surclassé d’une chambre à un T2 avec balcon pour avoir l’espace extérieur. Pourtant j’ai eu l’appart SANS balcon et pas possible de changer car tout est rempli. C’est du vol! Il y avait du bruits dans la rue (resto, camion de poubelle vers 4-5h du matin). Il y a des bouchons d’oreilles en silicone anti-bruit disponibles dans la chambre. Pas de check-in physique, il existe que Check-in Vertuel. Je suis arrivé vers 17h mais pas reçu code d’accès du bâtiment, ni code pour avoir la chambre.. après le chat via Whatsapp environs 15-20mn, j’ai reçu les codes d’accès pour la chambre. Il nous demande l’empreinte bancaire de caution de 250$ (en cas de casse des objets/materiels dans la chambre).

Below expectations Likes: Perfect location Dislikes: No reception available, you only have the possibility to communicate with the hotel staff through an AI assistant which doesn’t really work. I struggled to collect my luggage from the hotel storage as nobody was there, which caused me the risk of missing my flight .the room was smaller than shown in the pictures and the housekeeper just Spanish speaker .

we stayed here for a night before boarding a cruise. extremely cute little hotel in a lovely area. many food options that are just a short walk away. room is small but was just enough for me and my bf. we would stay here again if visiting miami again.

Most comfortable beds in Miami. No elevators so be prepared for stairs. Amazing location. Right in the heart of it all. Lincoln Mall 3 blocks away. Beach 3 blocks away.

Hard to find a better place in Miami Beach. Great location. Fantastic atmosphere! All my stay I fill full comfortable. This place have all what you may need + discounts to local restaurants;)

Geweldige locatie op slechts 5 minuten loopafstand van het strand. Op het strand twee gratis ligbedden te krijgen, wel alleen te verkrijgen bij de juiste aanbieder (dichts bijzijnde vanaf hotel met de blauw/witte parasols). De kamer was brandschoon, bed sliep erg lekker. Communicatie liep via mail, responstijd was snel. Mooie omgeving, wij hebben genoten!

The room was clean and the area is pretty neat. Many eateries and we walked to the beach. I was unaware there is no front desk when I booked but it worked out. There was some equipment there for construction while we were there.

I was initially skeptical about digital check-ins, but this hotel made the process feel completely safe and seamless. I stayed on the third floor in a double bed room, which was absolutely charming and cozy. The bathroom was spotless, and the air conditioning worked perfectly—super refreshing after a day out. One of my favorite spots was the second floor lounge area, where you can relax and take in views of the nearby restaurants and the vibrant Española Way. Despite my concerns about noise, it was impressively quiet on the third floor. If you’re looking for a stylish, budget-friendly stay and don’t need an ocean view, this place is a great choice. I’ll definitely be booking here again the next time I’m in Miami!

South Beach Vacation Amazing location! Great price.

Perfect location and pretty close to everything.. the rooms are okay but nothing special. I helped a few couples who were waiting for more information about their rooms codes , because it’s no one at the front desk ( for the people who are visiting out of the country is so hard ) , nice vacation!

Amidst the craziness happening at Newark airport this week regarding the runway closures and air security walk outs our flight was cancelled with no available rebooking for the day. We contacted the hotel as soon as we were notified and asked if we could please receive any type of refund or even just change the dates of our booking to when the next flight would be available and they refused to work with us in any way. Definitely don’t recommend there are plenty of hotels in Miami, stay somewhere that values their customers.

Kasa It’s a good hotel the only critic I have they don’t have elevator. To carry heavy luggage’s on second floor is difficult.

Roaches, scorpions, mold, awful customer service. Do not stay here you can do better.

The rooms were a little musky smelling. We received no cleaning service. The location is amazing if you don't mind the city sounds all through the night. They do provide a white noise machine with earphones in each room. The location is right in the middle of the night life of South Beach with convenient walking to everything.

Likes: Muy buen trato por parte del personal en las instalaciones, muy limpio y céntrico Dislikes: Solicité un early check in de ser posible pues me encontraba desde temprano en el área y estuve pending todo el tiempo hasta la hora que me tocó entrar nunca me dieron una respuesta , mi recomendación como cliente si no van a dar la posibilidad pues quiten la opción del check in virtual pues no hace sentido que esté ahí
