The location is very convenient for walking around, and the on-site staff is helpful in recommending places to visit. However, the location is quite noisy at night, difficult to sleep. Besides, the front desk staff is not 24 hours, so if there is an emergency, assistance is very limited. We have been locked out of the room because the keypad batteries died. When we contacted 24/7 customer service, they told us there were batteries in the concierge closet, but there were not. They then told us that we could find alternative solutions by ourselves, which should been their job to figure out. Finally, another customer service representative helped us relocate to another room and assured us that on-site staff would help us access our original room the next morning to get our belongings. However, that person arrived after 11 am, the day we needed to check out. The response team was quite inefficient, especially since we had to communicate through customer service because on-site staff is not reachable.
