Very clean and comfortable! Easy access in a great location!

Centrally located. Area wasn't too loud at night even though it was crowded. The iron wasn't working but they replaced it as soon as I contacted them so I was pleased.

Fun ,met lots of nice people ,ate on Espanola many times ,great time ! Likes: Thé room was like a suite .It was decorated very hip and cute .Very clean .I could open the bathroom window and in the morning I could hear the birds chirp in the palm trees outside,magic Dislikes: The whole atmosphere,guests would sit in the little library ,chatting having some wine ,the manager was super friendly ,gave me clean towels.I threw out my own trash .It didn’t feel like staying in a generic hotel .The location is also great

Great location! Clean and cute Airbnb. My only complaint is when I requested to check in a little early I got an automated response saying I would be notified by 12 noon the day of check in. I was never given any notification or response on the day of check in. Communication could be better.

Soluzione passabile per godersi Miami beach Likes: La zona è perfetta per chi ama godersi la vita notturna dì Miami, zona centrale, a due passi da Ocean drive e al mare. Dislikes: La totale mancanza di personale in struttura, avendo avuto un problema in camera non siamo riusciti a risolverlo nell’immediato e piccolo appunto sulla pulizia, in 4 notti non sono mai passati a cambiare la biancheria e tantomeno a pulire la stanza. Gli standard delle 4 stelle non corrispondono alle 4 stelle in Italia.

Leider ist bei uns die Mail zur Aktivierung nicht angekommen so das wir fast eine Stunde telefonieren mussten bis wir diese Mail nochmal bekommen haben und wir reinkamen. Danach alles super, Zimmer sauber mit einer für uns perfekten zentralen Lage.

Cumplió con las expectativas, sin embargo el precio me sigue pareciendo costoso Dislikes: Me realizaron doble bloqueo a la tarjeta de credito por el valor de una especie de seguro que despues te retornan. Sin embargo fue incomodo que me cobraran doble y que no me informaran de ese cobro

Fantastic location—just a few minutes from the beach and walking distance to everything we wanted to see in Miami Beach. The room was spotless and we enjoyed the balcony and other common areas.

Best location ever!!! This property is in a prime location, situated right in the heart of great restaurants and close shopping with the beach just blocks away. Everything was in walking distance! We had no issues with outside noise and the beds were the most comfortable out of the 3 different hotels and locations we stayed at. My only complaint was with the restaurant located directly below us as they have a menu in our hotel room and the number listed doesn’t get answered. When I went to the restaurant in person they said it wasn’t correct number, even though they are the ones who provide the menus, and they didn’t give me the advertised 15% off until I pointed out that it was advertised as being given to guests staying at our hotel. The food was also mediocre as they burnt the crust on our pizza with the service not being what I’d expect for a 20% automatic gratuity. The Cuban restaurant on the corner, Paperfish, and Lemoncello are exceptional for food and service! I’m very pleased with the location and what it has to offer, while the room was great and easy to check in and out of. I would definitely recommend this place and stay here again should I come back to Miami!!

This place was great. Very close to the beach and all the action, but unlike some other reviewers, our windows were not on the main street so the noise level was fine. Definitely worth the price. The room was very spacious and had all the necessary amenities . There was a cool little balcony in the common area where you can sit and have a snack or a coffee while overlooking Espanola way. I one thing I could complain about is the room did have a wierd moist smell, but you get used to it after being there for a few minutes. Also, some people complain about the check-in process, but it was actually very easy, as long as you read the instructions.

Service client déplorable Dislikes: Service client inexistant. Nous avons dû remettre notre séjour car notre fils s’est fait une triple fracture la veille de partir et malgré plusieurs messages pour les prévenir, l’hôtel ne nous a jamais répondu. Cependant ils ont eu le culot pour nous envoyer un mail après la durée de notre séjour qui n’a pas eu lieu nous indiquant qu’il manquait des articles dans notre location et que si on ne les rendait pas ils nous prélèveraient 2 x 250€ sur le compte. Même en répondant que nous ne sommes pas venus comme indiqué plusieurs fois, ils ont tenté de prélever cette somme sur notre compte! Non seulement nous avons perdu le prix total de la location mais en plus nous nous faisons traiter de voleurs et ils tentent d’extorquer des fonds supplémentaires.

Quiet, affordable retreat in the heart of the city While instructions were provided on how to access valet parking, it was a little difficult to navigate the local streets at night in the dark given the one-way streets around the hotel (the other valets in the area were helpful in directing us to the right one). Our advice is to take 15th Street to Drexel Avenue south. The valet stand is on the right side of Drexel Avenue and Espanola Way. Once we found the gate to our alley, the online directions were easy to follow and the room was easy to access. Our room (7230) was clean and EXTREMELY quiet, and the bed was really comfortable. Plus there was a recycling bin in the room, which we appreciated because it's so unusual! The TV has Chromecast for use with your own phone/tablet streaming services. We discovered quickly that we needed to turn the shower on for about five minutes to let the water heater heat up so the water wasn't alternating cold and hot (not very eco friendly). Two suggestions to the hotel owners: we would install another towel hook in the bathroom and a hand towel bar, and we suggest at least a basic antenna connection for the TV. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

Virtual check in, extra charges for room service, staff that you can’t easily track down, a lot of strange cost-cutting features but it’s otherwise a quiet, solid place to stay on Espanola way. Feels more like an apartment than a hotel, but was decent priced for the location.
