Super recomendado y esperamos volver pronto! Dislikes: Nada, todo nos gustó

(Translated by Google) Everything was perfect, the location is spectacular on the entire Española Way, a safe place with lots of life. The room was very spacious, comfortable and very nice. The key system to enter the room makes it much easier as it prevents the keys from being lost. It is also very good that the hotel provides chairs on the beach. Mr. Jose was supremely attentive, he helped us in everything he could and made our time at the hotel the best, we thank him personally. The price, location, staff attention, cleanliness and amenities make it definitely the best hotel in Miami Beach. Super recommended and we hope to return soon! gerne wieder einmal Likes: einfache handhabung, tolle lage, sehr sauberes und tolles zimmer. einfach aber absolut ausreichend und für den preis top

Great place to stay decently priced and central to all the things south beach has to offer the host and staff were extremely friendly would definitely stay again

Great place to stay at Miami Beach.

While Kasa’s team was courteous and ultimately agreed to a refund due to the many complications encountered, the moves (I was relocated 2 or 3 times I think) between properties cast a shadow over my vacation. I appreciate their willingness to provide a refund, which was a considerate gesture acknowledging the inconvenience caused. Nonetheless, the experience was far from seamless and, regrettably, my entire vacation was adversely affected by the disruptions.

Great Location Perfect location in South Beach, close to nightlife and walking distance to the beach. We came for one night, found parking not too far from the hotel, about one block away then Saturday morning woke up early to move it even closer since all the party people had left. Hotel was clean, smelled good. Really good if you just need a night or two. Downat have an elevator so not stroller and heavy suitcases friendslu. Doesn’t offer much other than clean rooms and a nice street view on Española, at least our room did. But the location atop bars and restaurants is pretty great and lively. Went to a couple of them and they are super delicious. I forgot an item there and went back 3hours after checkout and housekeeping was able to find it in less than 15mins. Great staff!

All in all good place and we had a good time. Likes: Staff, location, lounge with balcony, fresh drinking water, library, tv, air conditioning, beach chairs, contactless check in and out. Dislikes: Towels are dated, shower pressure is very low.

Loved staying at Kasa!

Great location. Though there is virtual front desk, they are very quick to reply to texts. They even provide beach chairs for free. That we were able to extend the checkout time to 3 pm for a fee was very convenient. Very clean hotel. Jose was very helpful when we needed his help. They even provide ear plugs. But, it was way more quiet than we expected for a hotel on Española Way. So, we did not even need to use them. So, I highly recommend this boutique hotel to everybody.

We loved being able to stay here! It’s in a great location and it’s super convenient and easy to access. Any time I needed anything, I knew I could get it quickly resolved. I was at ease all week and I 10/10 would recommend! Definitely coming back!!

Fine for what we were looking for. A bit noisy but provided a noise machine and ear plugs. Clean.

Perfect location for where we were going.

0 stars! Our first night was a horror!! There is always a very loud and vibrating noise in our room that didn't let us sleep at any time. We are totally exhausted and can't imagine spending another night in the room! The table and even the wall are vibrating. Incredibly loud and uneven, no chance of sleep, not even with earplugs.

Customer service was great. Good location near restaurants and beach. Our room was quiet even thought we were very close to the restaurant area. Very confortable bed and huge bathroom. Thank you!

Kasa was in a very central location! Lots of restaurants, 5 minute walk to the beach and in a beautiful area.

Thank you for allowing me to stay at KASA during my recent visit. The room was absolutely wonderful and the location was perfect for my needs. I truly enjoyed my time there and will definitely be returning in the future. Thank you once again for your hospitality and for providing such a comfortable and welcoming space for me to stay in. I appreciate all the effort you put into making my stay enjoyable. Looking forward to visiting again soon!

Good place for the price and location

Tudo bem com a hospedagem

Highly recommend. Great location. Safe. Very clean. Ear plugs and a sound machine provided to block out city noise. The room and bathroom spacious. Only downside is no actual receptionist at desk to help. Everything is virtual and if you can’t check in early, you have to store your bags a couple of blocks down at the Eggstaurant restaurant. Be careful if you leave your luggage there because the restaurant closes early and your items may get stuck there. Also, we stayed in building 4 and there is no elevator to get to 2nd floor, so have to carry luggage up stairs. I’m sure they probably have an elevator in one of their other buildings in case you are handicap. Overall, still recommend.

One of the best Air b n b’s! Right in the middle of Espinola way all the amazing restaurants and two blocks to the beach. The space itself was pretty spacious and clean. Highly recommend!

Location vs Noise Wonderful location - easy and well-describe red check in instructions. Very helpful and responsive staff. AC went out - water leaking - but the Kasa team responded very quickly and resolved. Professional and nice! Noise is omnipresent. All day, and until very late at night. Loud music from restaurants downstairs. People. If noise doesn't bother you - its a great place to stay. If you are a light sleeper -definitely not for you.

Nice place to stay, close to the beach. Great room and service. I recommend Kasa El Paseo.

I requested a refund for the final night because my room flooded and I left this hotel 1 day early Likes: location was fantastic, very close to everywhere Dislikes: The service was not good, my room flooded and they offered to give me more towels to help the room being flooded from outside. It was extremely loud due to the room being outdoors- exterior door didnt block any sound. A cockroach also made its way into my room from under the exterior door. Not good or hygienic.

Toller Flair im España Way

if i ever come back to south beach, i am staying here! well worth the extra $ to stay in such a walkable area with great restaurants and beach access. the check-in process is smooth and the host is very responsive via text/email. clean and comfortable too!

Merci beaucoup

Parking block away. Very very small room. Restuarant table in front of door entrance. People eating and drunk.Could smell pot in front entrance and filtered into the bldg. Website of the room is deceiving. No elevator carried luggage two flight of stairs.

Great location and service

I love the privacy of the process to be able to stay here and safety of the location, I would recommend this place and would stay again ,
