Amazing South Beach Location!! Our Kasa was very nice and the location on Espanola Way was fantastic. Outstanding overall, but one thing that could have been better was the TV access (streaming only) because you need to have your streaming passwords available, and wifi signal was weak so was buffering the movies we watched. But no serious complaints and was a great stay!! Would definitely stay here again.

The place was very clean and beautiful, have restaurants downstairs but noisy inside the building coming from another guests, no a good option for family if you want to rest but good for just one night. We honestly didn't have the best experience with them because we called to ask about early check-in and they sent us to fill out a form and never gave us any answer. (We understand that early check in is not always possible, especially for a reservation made the same day but to give a response to the client is important). After waiting for 5 hours for their response, and with two kids and luggage around Miami Beach they sent us a message that we could now check in but immediately another that the apartment would be ready until 5:00 pm. (One hour late to their regular checking) We left the place around 4:00 am and then we received another message accusing us of smoking in the place. Really poor customer service a looks like the don’t care about it because we were there only 10 hours.

The whole check in process is virtual via text, the process was very easy and straightforward. Location was perfect right on Española Way, close to the beach and bus stops. The was very clean and spacious, plus beach towels were provided complimentary in the room already. While it can not be guaranteed, they managed to give us an early check in, which was very helpful. I can recommend this lovely little place for everyone.

Our suite was spacious and well-furnished. The beds were comfortable. The location is really excellent, near nice outdoor restaurants, shopping, and the beach. The value for the price was very good. Two things to improve: 1. the water in the shower was just barely warm enough; and 2. there was a very strong smell (disinfectant?) in the room when we arrived, which made my wife's eyes water; it forced us to open the bedroom window (the only window in the unit that would open) to air out, which allowed noise from the street to come in and make it more difficult to sleep.

Right in the middle of some great restaurants. There is no elevator so if you have trouble with stairs get an ADA room on the first floor. Friendly staff very welcoming and helpful.

The best Kasa Experience!! Kasa El Paseo is a place that we will definitely choose in the future. We have the best experience! The room was clean, the bed was comfy. We were in building 7. The room was quiet and were able to sleep comfortably despite the night life and the noisy street below us. The kasa is in Espanola way street which is the best street in South beach. The check in instructions were so easy to follow. When we arrived, Brailin was very helpful and welcoming. Brailin is professional and we enjoyed talking to him. I would definitely go back and stay at Kasa El Paseo. I would only recommend in the future that kasa will offer breakfast like other hotels do.

We ended up here last minute after our booked stay didn’t work out. This is a remotely managed hotel style property without a front desk staff. We did interact with onsite and remote staff, both who were helpful. The space was clean, if small. It is a great location, 5 1/2 minutes walk to the sand and close to bars and restaurants. The included chairs at the beach were a highlight of our stay.

Kasa is a very nice place to stay! My room was located where we couldn’t hear any noise so it was very good! Clean is excellent! The only downside is the virtual Desk. We couldn’t find any replacement for towels and beach towels because they were always empty! You need someone there at least for a couple hours a day to check if the property needs something.

We had a great experience at Kasa El Paseo! We were four friends in a two bed suite for four nights and it was the perfect space. We appreciated the kitchenette and the extra sitting area to spread out. The whole room was clean and inviting and actually wasn’t very loud as we were in the back of the building away from the street. The location was perfect, within just a few minutes walk to the beach, parks, attractions, night life, and countless restaurants. Check in and check out was easy and it was a great value. We would absolutely stay again next time we visit!!

Best choice I could have made The location was amazing, close to everything and the street itself was one of the best in the city! The room was exceptionally clean and well maintained and was fully stocked with everything, including beach towels! We were there for 4 nights and did not run out of anything! Quality products and plenty of them. The online support was exceptional - all my questions were answered fully in less than a minute and the check in checkout instructions were very clear. If you arrive early, there’s a hotel around the corner at 1438 Washington that will store your bags - $5 a piece - and this was very helpful!

Sparse but well located Likes: Good location, very a accessible and the beach was nearby Dislikes: It was rather noisy, ear plugs were given and we did manage to sleep but probably one of the noisiest properties I’ve stayed in recently. The room was sparse and no hanging spaces / storage so cases had to stay on the floor. Shower was very open and gave little privacy for the bathroom which was not ideal for two people.

Dislikes: Well, the room is located right in the party mile, it is loud half of the night (I was there on a Friday), but really bad was that there are only sun blinds at the windows and outside the street light shines all night, which did not allow to have the room dark and find a good sleep. Really not worth the high price it had, to my opinion.
