everything perfect the price was high but it was due to some events in miami.

We had a great stay! Room was just as described and Kasa El Paseo Hotel is in the best location! Beautiful surroundings and great restaurants. Plus only a couple blocks from the beach! The beach towels provided was an awesome touch too.

Instructions to check in was nice and smooth. The area was very convenient! Lots of options for food and shop. The room was good, a bit musky but nothing crazy. The bed was very comfortable and the sheets were clean. Overall, good experience.

Come to dine, not to sleep! This is an excellent location in the heart of great dining etc but AVOID IT IF YOU INTEND ON SLEEPING! It is directly above restaurants that close very late so there was typical outdoor restaurant noise - then loud singing and music as employees closed up for the night around 1AM and layered on top of that was the CONSTANT BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP of the crosswalk signal which NEVER stopped as our room was 1201 (I think) which situated us directly over the first restaurant on Espanola Way and the very busy Washington Ave. I wish I had some warning or maybe a earplugs offered in the room - anything to drown out the noise which was so loud we heard every word of table conversation below our (closed) bedroom windows. We had just flown in from Seattle and needed a good night sleep before our international flight late the next morning - we didn’t get it. I finally fell asleep around 4:30AM after tossing and turning and trying to drown out the noise with my own earbuds and a Calm sleep meditation - nothing worked - the noise was just overwhelming.

Kasa is located in the heart of south beach with great restaurants. Prior to checking in at Kasa I noticed that they did not have any kitchenette or laundry which can be hard for someone looking for a long term stay. Kasa did not let me refund my stay for a full refund which was a terrible customer experience. Kasa’s location on espanola way which gives you tons of food options. During my stay my air condition broke and I had to switch rooms in the middle of the stay. The towels box never was stocked. There were also two random fire alarms that went off during my work meetings, when I asked why there was an alarm they said it’s cause a restaurant next door’s fire alarm went off. Overall I think it’s great for short term stays think hotel vibes rather than an air bnb.

Nice place but won’t come back Likes: Great location. Clean. Comfortable mattress Dislikes: Noise. No staff. Electronic doors and no battery one afternoon so we couldn’t get in (terrible as no battery on the phone to contact the help desk and Jo bottom for help). Cold room. No extra blankets (only by request and after several messages)

Very relaxing, convenient, chill vibes, easy to extend stay and quick response from management. Likes: Loved that it was next to all these restaurants and ice cream shop, nice room. Also stayed in a few Florida properties that smell mewdewy, this one smelled great. Bed and tv setup were comfy. I liked the lights and space. The bench outside before the building was cute too Dislikes: I wish that the bathroom fan was strong or the shower had a sliding door because I feel like taking a shower makes the whole room wet. Also would love a microwave. I don’t ever expect a real coffee machine anymore but I hate keurigs. So I ordered coffee every day… one day however I gave it a try and it wouldn’t turn on so I had to unplug it and plug it into a different plug to work. Coffee tasted awful, keurigs suck 😭 I wish the gate code box was the same type as the gate code boxes to the buildings. The high five mechanism was confusing to delivery people. Only other suggestion I have is to have the room and gate code written down somewhere in the room so we can put that in our pocket before we go out, I got so paranoid and nervous I was going to either forget my phone or phone would lose battery and I would be locked out since I’m bad at remembering numbers, ending up writing it down at a restaurant on a receipt eventually for peace of mind so all good.

Likes: Location is great, buildings are cute , rooms are clean, beds are big and comfortable, big bathroom. Nice little things are there like iron and board, beach towels, coffee maker and kettle (can be surprisingly hard to find these days in many places). The access to the Boucher Brothers beach club was nice- we took advantage of that. Though i prefer a staffed check-in etc.. the off-site staff were very responsive . You just need to make sure your phone is charged and good etc. To receive the access and wifi etc. By text Dislikes: The shower took quite a while to warm up - once it did it was nice. I would suggest making it clearer on the welcome instructions what the beach club access is . You pay for it automatically but I had to ask for details to figure what it was and where to go. That said - the response was very quick and good.

Bad business practices I don’t give negative reviews often, but this time my hand was forced. I made a direct reservation via the Kasa site a few evenings ago. The very next morning I was notified that my conference dates had changed and I wouldn’t be traveling. I immediately reached to Kasa, less than 18 hours after making the reservation, to explain the situation. I was told by Jared that because I booked the rate that was a few dollars less, my rate was non refundable. No exceptions can be made regardless of personal situation. I offered a compromise of a partial refund and was still told no-way. I emailed the CEO, Roman, regarding the situation and received no response. The sad part was that I was actually excited for my stay. The site made the property look great. I would have absolutely rebooked with Kasa if they had even worked with me a little and given me a chance. I understand it was a non refundable rate, but I feel cheated and robbed… and Kasa is okay with that because they charged my card in full as soon as I booked. Shame on you, Kasa. Find somewhere else to stay.

El alojamiento era tal cual se describía y se mostraba en las fotos. Justo lo que buscábamos. Todo muy limpio y ordenado. La zona ideal. Pedimos hacer el check-in antes y el check-out más tarde y ninguna de las opciones fue posible. Lo que si, nos guardaron las maletas un par de horas antes de irnos al aeropuerto. La comunicación por whats fue algo complicada, ya que no respondían con rapidez; más rápido por teléfono (llamada). Si volvemos a Miami Beach, lo elegiría, otra vez, sin dudar.

Local agradável, muito confortável. Ótimo custo beneficio Likes: Excelente localização, muita coisa por perto, restaurantes, bares, festas, parquinhos e compras. Apesar de um local movimentado, os quartos eram silenciosos e muito agradáveis. Chuveiro muito bom também. Dislikes: O hotel não tem elevador. O lance de escadas não nos atrapalhou.

I absolutely loved my stay here! The location was amazing- literally just steps from a vibrant nightlife and great restaurants. The entry to my hotel building was private and gated. If you've had a long day like me, it was easy to step away from all the hustle and bustle outside, take a shower, get dressed, and step outside again for a late night drink or your choice of dinner at a great restaurant. There was also a fantastic Gelato shop right next to the entry gate where I could get some great dessert. The room itself was clean and fresh and a perfect size for my needs at the time. The staff were great and attentive and were able to help with anything I needed. I was here for business but it would be perfect for a beach vacation- everything you would need including the beach was within a five minute walk. When I come back to Miami, I'm definitely staying here again. It was worth every moment.

Excellent Hotel worth your money This hotel is worth your money. Love the location. Under your Kasa on espanola way is where all the restaurants at. And surrounded by other shops, foods, drinks, walgreens, bars, beach, you named it.

Location was great on lovely Española Way in the heart of South Beach. Room was as described, no view, but no noise, so great! Bed and pillows fabulous. Host was very responsive and attentive. All good and would recommend Kasa!

Noisy; heavy low frequency noise- had to change rooms. No one is physically on site.

The location is perfect. Restaurants all around. GREAT FOOD!!! About a 5-10min walk from the beach and ocean drive. They even had early check in. The only issue I had that that disappointed me is they didn’t have late check out available nor do they store luggage.

1 night in Miami Likes: I liked the affordability of the hotel and the location Dislikes: No staff on the premise. Took a little while to figure out which gate to use for our rooms. AC broke on the last day unfortunately

Great place very good located … the service was wonderful.

Excellent place to spend time in Miami. Close to all the fun around South Beach. Room extremely clean with easy virtual check-in process. They were able to accommodate an early check-in for me so I was able to get good rest after a 7 hour drive. Will stay here next time I am i the area for sure.

Great location. Quiet at nights. Discounts at surrounding restaurants. Comfortable beds

Disappointing Likes: It is a short walk to the beach and there are lots of restaurants outside. Dislikes: The room was run down and worn out. Although I was expecting bustle and noise outside it was far greater than I expected and the fact they provide ear plugs emphasises this. There was also a loud pedestrian crossing outside that bleeped every two seconds all night long!

Worth the price. Barebones but good and great location.

Good value for money in great location Likes: Very nice, comfy and clean room. Absolutely recommended. Check in was easy. Dislikes: My only problem was related to booking 2 different rooms under the same account / email address. Had a bit of back and forth to get to the code for my 2nd room. But it was sorted and they have online chat who are very quick to reply. Figured it out in the end.

Wir hatten eine gute Zeit in dem Hotel. Likes: Die Lage ist perfekt. Man ist mitten in der Stadt. Es gibt öffentliche Parkplätze direkt vor der Tür. Das Personal war sehr bemüht und freundlich. Dislikes: Die Zimmer sind sehr einfach eingerichtet. Es gab nur ein Licht in dem Zimmer, welches ziemlich grell war.

The space worked. The original room had an extremely strong cleaner smell, the hallway as well. Jose was responsive and helpful. He upgraded me to another room that was much better. Overall, if the price was not the discounted price I don't think this would be close to being worth it.

Location was perfect - the room was great and as described. Definitely would recommend.
