Such a cool stay! We were confused at first about where our room was, but after finding it and figuring out the access codes, we were very pleased with our stay! Check-in and check out were super easy to do through the website. We were even given an early check-in, which helped us tremendously so that we didnt have to carry around our luggage for hours. The location was awesome! Food, music, and fun all night long, and we could barely hear it from our room. We will definitely stay again if we're in the area!

Location was great for restaurants and beach. It was a bit of a challenge to enter room and paying $40 for valet parking limited us in being able to get to car when needed.

We probably got lucky as you can get any of the units in the building, but the place was great. We stayed in building 5 on the 2nd floor. The balconies were fun to sit out there while the wife was getting ready. The location is amazing and will highly recommend being on Espanola way. Very walkable to many restaurants, the beach, Lincoln road and quick uber ride to and from the airport. One quirk was the shower, you've got to find the sweet spot for it to be hot. And the description is accurate about the noise that comes off the building below, so make sure to read the whole description. It didn't bother us because we knew what to expect.

The stay went well. My only real issues is the sheets aren't good and the AC continously stopped working and had to switch rooms for it to stop again. The onsite staff was very nice and efficient. I do wish it had more amenities included. There were no beach chairs. Great location if Sobe is ur thing.

A nice surprise The unit we stayed in was a lot bigger than we anticipated which was a nice surprise! It's located in a very cute restaurant row and has easy access to all areas of Miami. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the ac worked well in the Miami heat and the kitchen had all the necessities for us to cook if we wanted to. Overall great stay and highly recommend.

Clean Rooms in a Beautiful Location Simple yet nicely designed and CLEAN room in a really nice area. It’s convenient that they send you all the access codes so you can check yourself in and get into your room without needing to talk to a concierge. I’ve stayed here twice and enjoyed both times. It’s my go to when in South Beach. Highly recommend!

(Translated by Google) We are quite disappointed with our nights spent in this hotel. Check in is very complicated, it took us more than an hour to get back to our room. The room is spacious but the street is very noisy. In the evening there is a bar that plays very loud music until 2 a.m. and the next morning it cleans the street early. The only strong point of this hotel is that it is not far from the beach to rest after your short nights.

Un check-in…. Inexistant!

The room was great, very clean and we had windows facing one of the main streets in South beach Miami. In the common area we had a balcony with seating, (we were on the second floor), to look down on all the restraunts, it was like being in a French quarter and at night it was so beautiful with people and lights. The restraunts 2 of which were cuban cusine were fantastic. Although there was a lot of people the room was quiet and quaint and we also walked to the beach which was just a couple of blocks. Thank You Kasa a great place place to venture from and to.

I've stayed at El Paseo several times and it's always wonderful. AMAZING location in South Beach with lots of energy and food/beverage options, and only 5-10 minutes' walk from the beach and many popular restaurants and bars. The rooms are simple and clean with no frills, but you're not in Miami to stay in your room! Can't wait to return soon.
