Be careful when booking through booking.com! According to the operator, there seems to be "errors" in the system!
Likes: The property is in a very good location! Bars, restaurants and shopping just around the corner.. Be careful when booking through booking.com!
Dislikes: We booked and paid for a 63sqm room - we got a 20 sqm room for 4 people! No help with the complaint from booking.com or the hotel itself! As we were, it was 3 other families! Seems like a scam of the hotel we think! Furthermore, there is no service - no change of towels and no emptiing of the rubbish! The guests put the full buckets in the hallway.. they were then emptied at some point! Unfortunately, we cannot understand the other descriptions of the guests and doubt their accuracy.
