10/10 Exceptional
I love this hotel and I plan to stay here again when I come back to Miami. It is right on Española Way, which is great for watching people and families from the terrace. There are so many restaurants to choose from.
When you walk back in from the terrace, there is a nice sitting area and a cute bookshelf. To get into your room, you place your hand over the keypad. It will light up so you can enter the password given to you by the hotel. You have to enter a code to get in the front door of the hotel, too. Room service is for CRAFT restaurant, which is down on the right when you walk out the front door. BTW, CRAFT has amazing food. If you follow all the directions that the hotel emails and texts you, the entire process is so smooth.
The front door lock didn't always work, so sometimes you could just open the door. It just needs to be fixed. On the terrace, there is a spot on the bottom of the railing that looks like it needs to be welded a little bit.
I want to send Kasa El Paseo a big thank you for exceeding my expectations. I can't wait to visit again.
