Kasa El Paseo is a beautiful property that is close to everything! My friend and I walked everywhere! The beach, Lincon ln, South beach, and some great bars. The food in this area is spectacular. I would defiantly recommend and stay again. Oh and the staff is so friendly. I wish I remembered his name but the staff member who helped us was great. He was happy and answered all our questions with ease. You could tell he cared.

Not Happy So my employee showed up and was not able to park - the crowd was to bid - too many people in order to park - he waited over 1/2 hour to try and park using valet and was still not able to park so he left and booked elsewhere hotels.com stated you would not refund the booking so we will not be booking at this facility again

Strutttura al centro della via pedonale Espanola way . le camere sono discrete( in rapporto col prezzo). Se pernotti 2 o 3 notti nessuno ti rifà la camera. Nel mio caso la carta igenica lasciata dal precedente ospite era in fondo e alle 22 sono andato a coprarla. Dovevano inviare un sms sul mio cellulare col codice di ingresso per la porta, ma non è mai arrivato. Lo avevano inviato sulla email. Ma se non hai la connessione ad internet non lo trovi.

I love the virtual check in. It was super easy and convenient. There were so many restaurants to choose from. We didn't rent a vehicle so everything being within walking distance was a plus. I will definitely recommend it to a friend or family member.

Likes: Nous avions demandé une chambre et reçu, donc payé, une suite. Dislikes: Mauvais code pour l'accès dès le départ. Pas de service hôtellerie pendant le séjour.

My ONLY negative comment is that the water drainage in the sink was slow. Otherwise, it was a cute place perfectly located.

Very nice stay

Overall good experience Likes: The autonomous check-in is easy and practical. The room and other facilities are well covered by the air conditioning. The beds are confortable. The location is great to access the beach and the Ocean Drive area. Dislikes: Due to its central location, and the fact that the noise isolation is poor, the noise from the street can be disturbing. Also, the fact that the room isn't cleaned during the stay, as said in multiple other comments, really takes away from the experience.

I had the pleasure to stay in Kasa El Paseo last week and I was very pleased with my accomadations, for starters my room was very spacious and I thought that would not be my casa but thank god it was and the bed was a real king size bed, they were truthfull about that because some hotels do lie about bed size, it was very modern with these cool decorations around as well as the bathroom and shower, everything worked and if you have a question or problem they will answer right away. It is true that there is no a front desk agent on site and no housekeeping service daily but who needs all that, I loved the roku attached to the tv where you can watch the news and any internet service you may belong to, also there is a small living room.area for you to enjoy with a microwave and a balcony to relax and have a drink. I mean i definetely recommend this hotel specially for the location, you have Espanola Way right outside your door with plenty restaurants and bars to visit and the famous Linconl Rd a few blocks away to shop. Beach towels, iron, umbrella, safety box (that worked) and blow dryer all in your room and also good to mention great a/c coolness with a control panel that really worked, lol, i was suprised about that. Also plenty electrical outlets and usb ports to connect all your devices, I will be back. Thanks Kasa el paseo!

Grei beliggenhet, dårlig renhold Bra beliggenhet , men dårlig renhold i trapper , inngangsparti etc, se bilde. Bodde der i 8 dager, ikke vask av rommet eller skift av sengetøy en eneste gang!

As advertised and perhaps even better than expected. On a busy lively street which is what we wanted but may be noisy in some rooms (not ours). They thoughtfully provided earplugs just in case. They only have front desk coverage from about 4-11 pm so completing the advance check in form is essential if you plan to arrive at a different time. They lock you out at exactly 11 am checkout (they use keypad codes for all the rooms) so if you happen to be five minutes late coming back from brunch you will be separated from your stuff but their 24 hr hotline is excellent and it’s easily resolved. The front desk gentleman (originally from Argentina but I’m afraid I didn’t catch his first name) was extremely kind and friendly and went above and beyond to make us comfortable. They provided a really nice guide to local restaurants, a 15% discount to many of them and even complimentary access to a beach club. All in all felt like a gem of a discovery and we would definitely recommend!

Unschlagbare Lage Likes: Die Lage ist super! Check-in und der Zugang zum Zimmer liefen unproblematisch. Meinem Wunsch nach einem möglichst ruhigen Zimmer wurde entsprochen. Dislikes: Das Zimmer war staubig (besonders die Wände). In der Nacht gab es einen Feueralarm (laut Feuerwehr ein Fehlalarm) - hierauf gab es keine Information oder Rückmeldung vom Hotel. Eine Information, was los war, wäre gut gewesen.

Likes: great location, pretty smooth check-in (given their intention to use virtual front desk), nice bed and comfy bathroom overal nice experience although response time is really slow Dislikes: door access code was changed in the middle of the day - almost got us stuck on the street only coffymaker\kettle\fridge in the room - no owen, no plates, no silverware shower starts cold and takes 3 minutes to warm up blinds were thin and together with outside nose it made a hard thing to fall asleep

Cozy place

Very happy to have found this little gem! Likes: Fantastic spot right in the heart of the action. Walking distance to the beach and many restaurant, retail and other attractions. Their communication was excellent throughout and all expectations were exceeded. I'll definitely stay here again if in Miami and will also be looking for other Kasa locations in other cities. Very happy to have found this little gem!
