Overall, the property was very nice! Our Kasa was very neat and clean. The area was located near downtown Charlotte and only a few minutes away from South Park Mall. My takeaways: The Carpet/rug wasn't feet friendly. Stylish, but uncomfortable to walk on. May I suggest to keep on your comfy socks or slippers. One of our pans was scorched. I'm not sure if housekeeping saw that prior to our stay. May I suggest supplying non-stick pots and pans. Beautiful set but your food does stick to the bottom, even if you use oil or butter. Our wifi would go in and out in the living room area. It would stay connected at all times in the bedroom. I made customer service aware of the issue. I troubleshooted on my own before reaching out. They provided me with steps to try. Most had already been done. Still, nothing worked. We did receive a noise complaint before quiet hours. I'm not sure if it was because of a guest or because of a noise meter. However, it was due to us popping balloons from my 4-year-old birthday. I decorated our space so he could be surprised. We were cleaning up the night before check-out, hence the “noise” making. Overall, I would book again! I've recommended this location to several family and friends!
