The place is really nice the pool is beautiful and warm. Only problem was check out I felt really rushed

The apartment was lovely. The facilities like the pool and the gym were top notch and kept in great care. The location of the apartment was also very close to downtown Charlotte and places like Walmart it's easy to get the things you need, the kitchen came stock with things you need for coffee or tea, and seasoning for cooking.

Great stay. The apartment is very well equipped and location is perfect for getting everywhere in greater Charlotte. Team Kasa were super responsive to all questions/communication and very helpful. I would stay here again.

Great

The stay was very nice!! I was really impressed, the apartment looks exactly like the photos. Clean and equipped for your needs. Home away from home! Kasa reps. where very nice, helpful and patient. Only thing troubled me is the bedroom do not have a television and the walls are thin. Other then that I would highly recommend Kasa.

Property was as advertised. Host was communicative and timely with responses. Recommend!

Best Experience ever. My grandmother and Cousin came into town and truly loved the suite I booked for them. This is way better than any hotel and honestly I will never book a hotel again if i can stay here. This place literally looks exactly like the pictures. I love to cook so being able to cook for my family and have a full kitchen was awesome. Very clean and had everything we needed to have a comfortable stay. Luxury Modern day living at it's finest. I am already planning my next stay here. Can't wait!!

Great stay in a two bedroom unit and appreciative of the little things such as olive oil, coffee, tea, creamer, sugar, laundry detergent and swimming towels. Extremely clean and new unit.

This property was great! Very clean and in a quiet neighborhood. The closet is a nice size and the living room is very spacious. It’s a dog-friendly neighborhood in very convenient location!

Great spot to stay, only issue we had was not having WiFi which I am sure isn't a regular occurrence.

The Airbnb was in a great location and really close to the city. The airbnb itself was cozy and had everything I needed including good Internet for work but the walls were really thin. You could hear everything from the neighboring apartments. I’m also not sure if Kasa rents multiple apartments at this location but the apartment I had was very dark, all the time. Very little natural light came in through out the day even when it was bright and sunny out. Lastly the check in process was a. It difficult. There’s no signs on the building to tell you which one you should be at and the code I had for the lock box was wrong but Kasa support was prompt and helpful. It just took a while to find the apartment and get settled in.

Check in was simple. Space was clean and spacious! We enjoyed our stay and enjoyed the coffee and tea that was provided! We will be back for sure!

This place was comfortable and in a good location. It was very clean. I took off a star for two reasons. First, the WiFi password is the same for all four of the Kasa apartments in the building, making it easy for other Kasa guests to steal my banking logins and passwords. The second is that there is only on premises parking between certain hours. The check in instructions are incorrect as they reference a parking key fob. Otherwise, this was a good stay.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this very clean, nicely appointed place! Very conveniently located near the various wards and areas of downtown Charlotte, most Uber rides to get you to the great restaurants and bars will be extremely short! The host was very communicative with us, answering texts within minutes. Check in we truly enjoyed our stay at this very clean, nicely appointed place! very good

Virtually awful Everything was virtual from the booking to the check in, to the noise complaints, to the keys , the parking. There’s no one there to help you through anything. And my family of 12 rented 2 units which werent side by side , so they complained about the noise of ppl goi g back n fourth. Do t stay here if you have kids

The apartment is great! It is a rental done with cheap materials but comfortable and big enough for a short stay. One of the legs of the dining table fell off while we were having dinner. Beware the building is a crowded multi family building mainly young couples live there, so there us constant flow of people in and out the building without masks. If going with a dog, the place is ideal. The only down side is that there is a massive construction right in front of the apartment and we were woken up in the morning by loud construction tools.

Highly recommend! Everything was accurate! Walls are kinda thin, & we heard the neighbors arguing during the night. The check in was a little difficult but other than that it was a pleasant stay.
