I wish I was able to extend my stay! I didn’t want to leave. Definitely choosing kasa for my next trip back to charlotte.

Check-in was super easy. The room was spacious and clean. It felt like I just moved into an apartment in the city. It was close to everything I wanted to do nothing was over a 10 minute drive. It is in a gated community, so we felt very safe. I will be staying here anytime I’m in Charlotte from now on!

Kasa is a great place if you need a short term apartment to live in. The price is fair for all that is included! There is plenty of parking around the building if you need.

Had an issue with the pullout couch which they addressed promptly. It is overall a great place to stay. A lot better than staying in a hotel. I definitely recommend this place. Family had a great time.

Came to Charlotte for ACC game. Located maybe 1.5 miles from Bank of America stadium. Hotels were running about the same price per night as this 2bed/2bath condo that we were then able to split with another couple. It was clean, well-stocked and I had great communication with staff before, during and after check in. Highly recommend!

This was an excellent value-very spacious apartment with lovely amenities and INCREDIBLY responsive customer service. ONLY issue is finding the unit. They give very specific directions-except they only show how to get to the unit from one direction and the building numbers are at the top of the building and not lit, they need to include a map.
Most impressively, I made this suggestion-when I was rather frustrated-and they immediately responded to my feedback with kindness. Additionally, I left my hair dryer and THEY emailed me before I even realized it-and have sent it back. I would definitely stay there again.

Highly recommended. For the price paid, I had a full apartment, kitchen, regular fridge and stove. Very clean and comfortable. Communication with check in, check out, security was on point. Very happy with it.
