We had a lovely stay at our Kasa. The space was amazing, with beautiful fixtures and comfy beds, with a view of downtown Charlotte. This place feels trendy. It would be great for young couples or a girls’ weekend. The pool was full of people (almost all adults), with loud music playing, so maybe not the most comfortable place for young kids, but overall, we enjoyed our stay here.

The place is beautiful and looks exactly like the pictures. My only complaint is that the walls are very thin and you can hear everything your side neighbors and upstairs neighbors are doing (which is no fault of Kasa’s!)

I really enjoyed staying here. The location is great the gym had i needed and the pool was perfect the days. the only downside was how painfully uncomfortable the wooden chairs were. seriously no back support no padding and not well ergonomically molded. couldn't spend more than an hour in them without pain. i had to stack throw pillows from the couch just to make it tolerable to use them. 1 star on chairs 5 stars on pretty much everything else.

When we showed up it was late and we had been traveling so we wanted to get straight to bed, the sheets on the bed were still wet, we had to take them all off to dry overnight and just sleep with the blankets we brought and the extra one provided. While taking the bed sheets off we found little pills throughout the bedding, I wish I would have snapped a photo we were all so confused. The dishes were dirty so we bought our own but other then that it was a beautiful apartment and location.

The airbnb was clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable and there's ample cooking space as well as pots, pans, and utensils if you'd like to cook. The airbnb looked as pictured and I enjoyed my stay. The shower pressure wasn't great, but otherwise everything worked well. The gym and pool were nice as well—although it was too cold to swim on my visit.

It was clean for the most part but there was a few strands of hair under the sheets, under one of the pillows, and on the edge of the shower. Other than that I enjoyed my stay. It was a nice area close to uptown, quiet, nice community and very spacious.

This was a nice weekend get away for the Memorial Day weekend. Really close to downtown Charlotte. The place is a little difficult to find at first but no problems after that. Very clean, great kitchen to cook in, very comfortable.

Excellent stay and WELL worth the price! It's an apartment quality stay and check in/out is entirely digital (had a little trouble getting into the building the first day, but that's because I kept putting in the wrong door code...ha). You don't get things like room service or complimentary breakfast or anything, but that's not what it's all about here anyway (though you do get a full kitchen if you care to cook anything). Can't beat the price and location. Digital check in means no humans to have to interact with, so that can be a plus to some folks out there. 😄 Come check it out! Definitely would stay here again.

Aside from trying to decipher which building and small pics to cue where to go, everything else about my stay was A++! Attentive staff, essentials fully stocked and a great location. All amenities were provided, central location within 5-8 minutes to everything! I can’t say enough good things about my stay! Oh, and SUPER clean too :)

I was very happy with my stay at Kasa Charlotte. With the way AirBnB has been getting out of hand with their pricing, I was glad to find this listing with all its features.The location is conveniently between the airport and downtown, with easy access to the interstate. The facility itself is great with awesome amenities. To have a full kitchen, living area, and washer/dryer for the price of a hotel if not cheaper, I couldn’t ask for more. I will definitely stay again!

Met expectations. I was so looking forward to the pool but it is almost 3 blocks away, when I managed to work out where it was. The apartment was spotless but I managed to leave the door unlocked at least once, there were no local channels on the TV, it seemed to only be streaming or the TV's channels so finding the local news was difficult. I stayed here because it was conveniently close to where I needed to be during the day and the apartment was beautiful, more than I needed really. The parking pass label had fallen off so I was confused as to which item was the parking pass. The stay was fine and these were relatively minor issues.

Really nice apartment. Clean and looked exactly like the pictures. Kasa is always good and having all the utensils you need to cook and clean. Refills for cleaning supplies are always provided. The complex has a nice pool and gym.
