It was so peaceful and clean! I loved how thorough the directions were and how well the staff communicated. Would absolutely stay here again and recommend.

Clean and new feeling. Beautifully renovated/decorated. Perfect for our short visit.

Easy process, very clean

The apartment was so clean and still had a "new" smell which I LOVED ! We were close to alot of fun attractions, and stores. All the appliances worked perfectly fine. The residents were extremely hospitable which is always a P L U S!! I would definitely recommend and as comfortable as those pillows were I would stay 5 more times lol.

I enjoyed my stay in Charlotte with Kasa and would do it again.

This place was so super cute! I took videos and I can’t upload those so please bare with my weird screenshots! But it was the cutest. You’re in a actual apartment building where folks live. So it was a bit of a different vibe than your usual hotel stay. We weren’t looking for breakfast or to use the pool or anything so it didn’t matter. Though they did have a pool, gym and apparently a little common area we could have used if we requested. Since it’s more like apartment living there wasn’t like daily cleaning of the room but we didn’t mind. You should just be mindful of that if it’s something you think you’ll need or look forward to. I LOVED that everything was electronic from check in to service requests. They answered the phone on like the 3rd ring, I was NEVER waiting long. Each person I spoke with was so nice and as accommodating as they could possibly be. Each door has code locks so it was nice to not have to worry about carrying around a key. There was a full kitchen and a nice patio. We seriously loved this place and truly felt at home for our weekend stay. I would 1000000% stay here again and EVERY TIME I come to Charlotte and need a spot.

I really like this place. I had few minor issues but only because I asked for the early check in. Don't do my mistakes. Everything is automated over there. Just wait until 4 pm and you will get full instructions with pictures and everything

Area was nice and easy check in and check out process

I have nothing bad to say about this place.. everything from the communication of the host, the detailed directions for check in and check out, to the cleanliness of the apartment was amazing. I loved the little touches like the coffee machine and the convenience of the dispensing body wash, shampoo and conditioner in the shower. I forgot my blow dryer and there was conveniently one below the bathroom sink. 🙏 Kasa also provided laundry detergent pods in case you wanted to do some laundry during your stay. We also used the fitness center during our stay which was very nice and clean. We would definitely stay here again! 😊

My Family stayed in The Bryant’s apartments hosted by Kasa. It was an amazing stay. The place was impeccable and the amenities wow! The pics below show the game tables and some pictures of the gym, the treadmills were upstairs. We just used the gaming tables on the last day but will be back for another stay to use the pool. The leasing house is awesome that houses some of the amenities that I’ve pictured.

My stay at Kasa was amazing!! I can't wait to come back in the summer time. I want to enjoy the beautiful pool area. My apartment unit was clean, comfortable, to the point I didn't never want to leave the apartment lol. Their team was awesome. The best customer service ever. U can call or text if you have any problems. They will respond in seconds. The problem with be solved. They get 5 stars from me!!

They make it amazingly easy to check in and out. We have rented this apartment several times for business since it is very close to our office in Charlotte. They make the process very easy and staying in the apartment is very comfortable.

My stay at Kasa was amazing!! My apartment unit was beautiful, clean, & so comfortable. I never wanted to leave the unit lol. The team was wonderful, the best customer service ever. U could text, or call.....u will get a response in seconds. I enjoy every amenity they had to offer. It was cold, I stayed in November. The pool area was beautiful, but couldn't get in. I plan to come back in the summer months. They definitely get 5 stars from me.

A nice place, but the internet was unreliable and had a weak signal the majority of days in my stay.

Overall, i enjoyed my stay ! Good location right near interstate and close to everything !

We have reserved several times since this apartment is very close to our office in Charlotte. The check in is very easy and they respond extremely quickly when anything is needed.

great place only problem was need to be cleaned more

Furnishings were very nice, bed comfortable, and secure entry to apartment was good...location was perfect for our needs...problems with internet connection causing a problem because my daughter needed to work remotely the next day...We had to make other arrangements for her to work.....security gate code nor sensor in apartment for the car not working either...We had to park outside gate last night we were there.

We truly appreciated the role Kasa played in making our first ever trip to Charlotte an amazing experience! The location was perfect in regard to proximity of the many things we were able to do, see, and eat. The property was exceptionally tidy and clean, which we especially appreciate given the current times. Also, I cannot thank them enough for their speedy and easy communication and allowing us the opportunity to do an early check-in after we had such an early flight. Lastly, the response time for items such as the paper towels and toilet paper was so fast and friendly. I messaged about needing those additional thing, and the manager was knocking at the door with them in only a matter of a couple minutes and was very helpful and reassuring of assisting us with anything we needed during our visit. We honestly can’t thank them enough, and we will definitely try and use them again on our next trip

Gave us the wrong address, wrong door entry code , and key fabs. Location was fine but really frustrating sign in process

Great and super dope place and area. It’s very close to the city, Uber’s where cheap and less then 10 mins. The neighbors were very nice and the area felt safe. Loved the king bed and balcony! Only downsides, was no one mentioned how close the construction and construction sites and the smell of the dogs was very strong near the exits. Nonetheless the team was super helpful and responsive, I’d recommend this location!

Great stay overall!

Our stay at our Kasa apartment in Charlotte for our girl’s weekend was exactly what we were looking for. The apartment is conveniently located right near South End and all of the downtown bars and night life. The apartment was clean and nicely decorated and provided all of the basic necessities we needed for a weekend away. We felt very safe coming and going from the property as well with the added security.

This property was exactly what we needed. There were tons of access codes (which made us feel more than secure) plus Kasa made everything so convenient by providing easy access tools. Check-in was a breeze! They were literally a text away ALWAYS! This property was spotless, just like the pictures, and in a great location. It was great and we would definitely recommend it.

Worst host I’ve experienced

Nice experience

My stay was awesome and I really enjoyed the apartment.

Was an absolutely amazing stay everything was on point location, views, even the price!!! Will be staying again!

Enjoyed our stay! Clean and cozy. I would stay again.

Lovely getaway apartment. Beautiful decor and safe location.

Overall great location! Literally minutes from down town, restaurants and Bank of America stadium! OMG restaurants galore! Our first time in Charlotte was great! Kasa communication was efficient and immediate! A bit noisy at night however for an apartment community not bad!

Great stay! The apartment is spotless, but our favorite part was the amenities. Gorgeous pool and well equipped fitness center

If I could give no star....I would. I booked this place well in advance and got confirmation for my reservation only to receive an email stating they could not host me. I definitely would not want to give my business to a place like this and would not recommend anyone to stay here when visiting Charlotte, NC.

I enjoyed staying at your rental, will definitely rebook in the near future! By far my favorite Charlotte Airbnb.

Gorgeous pool and grill area! Fun relaxing weekend!

Please book this beautiful amazing apartment it beautiful clean the house is perfect for a couple very nice enjoy the balcony very friendly people

easy check in, great communication and very clean! absolutely loved our stay here

Upon Arrival the code I was emailed to open the gate to parking was incorrect and I had to wait on hold to receive a code the worked. When my husband and I entered the apartment there was a foul smell and large stain on the bench area beneath the coat hooks. The bathroom doorknob does not work correctly and when my husband went to open the curtains in our room the curtain rod crashed to the floor. It was screwed into the wall without an anchor. VERY UNSAFE. In the sink we’re dishes that were cleaned but just left out in the sink. I don’t know why they weren’t put away. The coffee table was damaged and remains on a permanent slant making it unusable for drinks or dishes. Overall this apartment had the potential to be very pleasant if it were not for pure laziness; not installing a curtain rod correctly, leaving dishes in the sink, a disgusting stain as soon as we walked in. I would not waste my money again.

Nice place to stay. Pool is great. Place is nice and quiet if you are a light sleeper.

Clean apartment, close to all the neighborhoods, safe area and their communication is great, along with easy to check in and out!

Thanks.
