This was a great find and I will stay here again. My coworker and I shared the two bedroom and it was perfect on space and privacy. It was so clean and I enjoyed staying here more than I ever have at a hotel. Will be back for future work trips

The apartment was just as advertised, no surprises, we enjoyed our stay.
Likes: I really liked the apartment, it was clean, spacious, and well equipped, truly a home away from home. Staff communication was impressively quick, the instructions provided were clear and easy to follow
Dislikes: You need transportation to get around, but the light rail is not too far away, and there are several free park-and-ride locations along the line where you can leave your car

Amazing stay despite the bed. Great area. I felt safe. Clean. Close to BOA Stadium.
Likes: Perfect property! Would definitely stay again!
Dislikes: The only thing was discomfort with the king bed. Extremely uncomfortable.

Our stay with Kasa Freemore West was great! The online services were thorough as well as speedy. The room was all we could ask for and more. Felt a little too homey. We didn’t want to leave. Lol. Location was also fantastic. We had convenience stores with 2 miles and well as grocery and pharmacy. We were also a 5 min drive from downtown so Ubers were cheap and we avoided headache parking. Overall 10/10 will be staying again!

Great stay for families. I was initially apprehensive to utilize Kasa as it was different from a traditional live person check in process. I was mistaken and am actually looking fwd to going to another Kasa location at a different city & state. Pictured is a view from our room and on a dog walk before bed.Give Kasa a try you shouldn't be disappointed. Thanks Kasa, see ya in the near future.

We had a really great experience staying here! It was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. This would be an excellent place to stay for longer trips as well because you have a full kitchen to be able to make meals and snacks, as well as a washer and dryer in unit!
