Situata a 200 mt da Ocean dr e dal mare rimane appena fuori dalla zona più festaiola di South beach quindi anche abbastanza tranquilla, vari ristoranti nei dintorni e un Walgreen a due passi. La struttura è sicura con un codice unico si aprono i vari cancelli e portone di entrata. Tutti i giorni vengono fatte le pulizie delle aree comuni (come quasi tutte le strutture non è prevista la pulizia della stanza, ma se si chiede ti prestano scopa e paletta) e ti chiedono se servono articoli da bagno. Self check in e self check out facilissimi da fare.

I enjoyed my 5 days stay It’s near to the beach, many malls, good restaurants and bars are within less than 0.1miles from the hotel. Smooth and simple check-in and checkout

Likes: Struttura pulita e centralissima. Stanza anche molto larga e soprattutto bagno largo e pulitissimo. Dislikes: Unica nota negativa è che non viene indicato che, oltre ai 250$ di cauzione, in fase di check out ne bloccano altri 250 per altre 48 ore e, per chi è in vacanza, potrebbe essere un problema avere una somma così alta bloccata.

Great place Great place and the dofotsl check in was very easy to use. Rooms were very clean and they even made sure our fridge worked in the room.

The Kasa La Flora ( Impala) was a nice location, decent room. If I were to return without my teenage sons then maybe. It’s not ideal for (4) ppl (adults) as it lacks privacy, it’s a studio without a door or divider for bedroom. You have to enter bedroom to go to the bathroom. No microwave in room. The TV is mounted so close to the wall, maintenance could barely reset it when it went offline. The jacuzzi did not work, HUGE disappointment! The entrance codes were an issue, we had to be let in multiple times by other tenants. The maintenance person had to come and slow walk us on how to enter/exit. NO ELEVATOR we were not warned about that until arrival.

Even with ups and down I will always stay at this place Likes: I have always stayed at this property from before La Flora and now Kasa La flora. Love the renovated rooms and the location is always perfect for work, commuting and leisure Dislikes: A few things. The bathrooms water pressure is very lite. There are no hooks to hang the towels specially if the room service is not provided daily. Also the sink in the bathroom shoot the water in all directions (almost a mess) and I had an issue with the guests staying in room 210(next to me). They were like 9 people in the room and Friday and Saturday all up to 3:00am they were loud and not only loud but they were bagging the walls and floors like crazy.

How do I know that we all have to take cold showers because there is no hot water we would’ve never booked this listing. We communicated our concerns to the management, but nothing was done about it.

Great host and very responsive. Clean area and towels and everything we needed. Held baggage for a couple hours after checkout so we would not have to carry for hours before flight.

I stayed at this property for a week and had a wonderful experience. The room was spacious, with a huge bathroom featuring both a bathtub and a shower. The bath products were excellent, and the towels were soft and pleasantly scented. I really appreciated the presence of a hairdryer and a safe. The air conditioning could be adjusted to my preference, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The location is fantastic: the property is right next to Ocean Drive, just a 2-minute walk from the public beach and close to the main points of interest. I also found the virtual desk very useful, as it allowed me to manage everything completely independently. The staff was helpful and highly professional. I even forgot my AirPods, and they immediately offered to send them to me via UPS—a kindness that is rare to find. And since I’ll be coming back to SoBe soon, this will be my go-to place to stay. I highly recommend this property!

Muy bien opción Likes: La ubicación, a 2 calles de la playa, de ocean drive y de una walgreens 24 hs. Muy bien la ropa de cama y el colchón. Provisión de shampoo y jabón. Heladera, excelente wifi. Aire acondicionado súper ok. Servicio de código para puertas excelente. Dislikes: Sin servicio de limpieza salvo abonando un suplemento. Tenés que solicitar toallas para recambio y te las dan sin problema incluso las de playa.

Likes: I liked the location, it's near the beach, the restaurants. The room has enough space for a family of four. Comfortable beds. They usually don't have a microwave, but they got one for us. We appreciated it so much.

I had stayed at the Impala years ago, quaint, personal, and somehow felt remote even though it was on Collins Ave. My experience this time had frustrations as they’ve replaced the pleasent helpful on site staff with a virtual service. Their virtual system misconstrued requests and left me out in the hot sun for ten minutes, the virtual system lacks capacity to assist in real time and at times it felt like I was being forced to lose time due to this. I love the hotel strongly suggests investing in a more precise virtual system or hiring a human being that might work. Well, this was once one of my favorite hotels the automated aspect of it will keep me from staying here again.

Todo súper bien en líneas generales. Likes: Ubicación, limpieza, instalaciones nuevas. Calidad precio = súper bien. Dislikes: El colchón pudo mejorar, no era wow súper firme pero cada uno tiene sus gustos. Nunca hicieron limpieza en la habitación, solo tocaron mi puerta el último día de mi estadía pero ya no tenía sentido.

Our stay at Kasa was wonderful! The property was great and the location is perfect- just one block off the Art Deco strip. We easily found parking both in municipal lots and on the street. The property also has 15 min unloading spots in front which made getting our luggage into the building much easier. For anyone looking to enjoy the South Beach area of Miami, this is a perfect place to stay!

Likes: Clean room with food size. Location was very nice - well connected to other parts of Miami and very close to South beach Dislikes: Service - specially the front desk. In case of any query, there is no one at reception. Virtual Front Desk response (more so on whatsapp and Booking.com messaging) was very slow. Email communication was faster though. We also lost one bill of 100 dollars from our room while we were at the beach.

Perfect location to explore Miami Likes: We stayed here due to our 24 hour layover so wanted to see some of Miami while we were there. The location was ideal, so close to the beach, Ocean Drive and Collins Av so everything was easily within walking distance. The room was perfect and allowed us to relax fully between our flights while allowing us to explore. Dislikes: Nothing

Definitely Worth it!!! I love it there and it was in a great location. It was so many restaurants that were close, a Walgreens on the corner and the bed did not let me go. The beds were definitely very comfortable I can’t complain. The only reason I gave it a 4 out of 5 for overall is that I really wished it had a microwave, more outlets in the bedroom area or at an least extension cord or some type of charging port and a ice machine (they may have one but I didn’t need ice until my last night so I am not sure) but besides that THEY WERE AWESOME!!! If you text the number that they provided you with I got help within 5mins every time and I really feel like it was less time than that!! I Loved it and definitely will book again. I appreciate you guys hospitality. Keep up the good work

Not Bad Most places on South Beach is old. This place has been renovated or is going through renovation. It wasn’t bad. The parking is the only issue I had. I had to park half a mile down the street. Just keep that in mind on a busy weekend.

Great Bed was comfy and location is perfect, this is me beeing super picky I just wish some nights the air conditioning could go lower, but everything was great would recommend and is worth it.

Really nice and comfortable place! Walking distance to the beach and Ocean Dr. The AC was amazing after a hot day on south beach.
