Booking
7/10 Good
Dwa dni czekaliśmy aż ktoś przyjdzie i raczy zabrać śmieci. Przyszedł pan i..... opróżnił tylko jeden z dwóch śmietników.....
2. Dość głosna muzyka z włoskiej restauracji na parterze. Cicho robi się ok północy.
4. Personel komunikatywny, uprzejmie niezaangażowany.

Great Place, Great Location
This property was amazing. From the location to the great Italian restaurant right downstairs. If you’re staying on South Beach I highly recommend this place. It’s much better than a hotel with a lot of space and convenience. I would recommend it to anyone traveling to South Beach.

Not a very good experience
The remote to the TV didn't work and they were unable to fix it. The staff wasn't super friendly. The room was ok but the wall behind the beds was the laundry room and when the washers were going it sounded like a freight train! Will not stay here again.

Great hotel in great location
Great location, everything is near. Comfortable and clean beds, clean bathroom, friendly staff. Wifi is working properly in the room and the beach is just 5 minutes walking distance. It was also quiet during the night and the room has air condition.

2 or 3 star Max
2 OR 3 STAR max, not as advertised. The photographs are not in liking to what you actually arrive to, the location is great but this accommodation needs upgraded / renovated. Old and very tired accommodation. Pay more and get more comfort. We arrived to no room, booked 11 months in advance, and they moved us to the sister hotel, which was somewhat better.

Love the front desk personally
Virginia was the best front desk personnel. She was kind and very informative. She deserves a promotion. She was friendly kind and the location was the best. I will definitely come back again if Virginia is here.

Beste Lage, sauber.
