Great place to stay Lovely place to stay with helpful staff willing to go the extra mile. Great location for the beach, restaurant and cafes with easy access to public transport for getting to Miami. Clean and quiet place, great for a good night's sleep. Highly recommended

Checking in Mike was very nice, friendly, and welcoming! He helped me a lot during checking in and during my stay. I would definitely stay here one more time next year. Hotel is clean and bright and close to the beach and all necessary things for night life.

Posizione eccezionale mah… Hotel abbastanza economico considerando i prezzi di Miami e posizione comodissima per arrivare a ocean drive. Però come in tutte le cose poco spendi e poco appendi…il primo giorno non ci hanno neanche pulito la camera ma solo cambiato gli asciugamani, il bagno abbastanza spazioso ma con una vasca vecchiotta con un getto doccia misero. Ma il punto più a sfavore il casino notturno che si sente dall’esterno derivante dalla musica dei locali e schiamazzi vari. Personale però molto gentile e cordiale

Great service Check in process very simple , as I walked in I met front desk agent Mike who helped me with an early check in for a small fee , everything was clean , and hotel is located in the center of south beach close to all the restaurants, clubs and the actual beach !

Great! Excellent service in this hotel! Great location. The room was clean, it has a coffee machine and a mini fridge to have cold drinks. The bathroom was pretty clean. Special mention to Michael that helped us a lot when we needed information!

Great customer service Mike was super helpful at the front desk with checking me in. The room was quiet, clean, and cozy. I messed up the tv and maintenance was quick and efficient with fixing it. Definitely worth the stay.

Quite good It was a nice hotel for the value, close to everyting, the beach, famous places, just one block to the beach and large room, the price is also very cheap. The only downside would be the ac isnt very cold

Hermosa habitación Me encanto el lugar las habitaciones estaban cómodas, limpias muy bien equipadas todas y bonitas. Me sentí como en casa y mucho más aún con la ubicación está súper frente a una de las calles más turísticas de la Miami porque se encuentra muchas tiendas cerca y la calle muy transitada porque está ahí el ocean drive muy popular en Miami. Cheline y Maycol muy atentos sin duda volveré a quedarme en mis próximas vacaciones. 100% se los recomiendo.

Great location We stayed May 26-30. We like the room and also location. Hotel has a great location, also they are clean. I recommend. But used my booking with booking.com, hotel supposed to return 100$ for deposit in a couple days, I didint received. We checked out from hotel before 11A.M. but they charged us late fee which is 10$ . Everything is fine except these things. Please reach out to me and fix. Thank you for your service.

Lovely Art Deco Hotel in great location with the best staff. This is the second time we have stayed here. The room was spacious, clean and fresh. The location is perfect, very close to the beach, bars, shops and restaurants. The staff are so friendly and welcoming and go out of their way to help you. Michael and Briana went above and beyond to make our stay so enjoyable.

Bien situé Le gros point positif et la situation géographique de l'hôtel. Après tout est plutôt moyen, le hall laisse penser que l'hôtel est en cours de fermeture, pas de double vitrage donc quand on donne sur la rue c'est très bruyant. Les réceptionnistes nous en avons eu 4 en 5 jours, 2 étaient très gentils et essayaient de nous comprendre dans notre anglais de débutant, les autres aucun effort et limité on les derangeaient. Nous avons dû demander des serviettes tous les jours car nous n'en avions jamais 3... dommage car ce bâtiment art déco idéalement bien situé mérite mieux

Not worth the money. The hotels does not look anything like the pictures you see here. In real life the hotel is older and more run down than what the pictures shows. The pictures are showing furniture outside, but that doesn't exist. I also were charged twice for the night we stayed there. First, it was withdrawn from my credit card 5 days before we arrived by Booking.com. Still, I had to pay the hotel directly when we arrived. I have contacted both the hotel and Booking. The hotel haven't replied at all, while Booking replied that they would contact the hotel. I haven't heard anything more after 6 days. I also had to pay 5 USD per suitcase for storing our suitcases for 2 hours after checking out. So, in total I have paid 420 USD for one night. The only good thing about this hotel is the location

Not corrected I booked with direct payment at the hotel and free cancellation. They charged me right away. I canceled but after almost a month I haven't had a refund. I have sent many emails but nothing.I will ask my credit card company to help me

Pela localização vale. A cama é ótima, quarto agradável, não fornecem café da manhã, local fica na rua paralela a Ocean Dr, ao lado do hotel tem um estacionamento público, porém não sei se é pago, pois não utilizamos, a rua de trás passa ônibus e Trolley que é um "bondinho", gratuito, que circula em várias rotas. A limpeza deixou a desejar, nem o lixo foi tirado, porém como ficamos somente três dias, deu para segurar. Recomendo, pois fica perto de tudo e é tranquilo a noite.

I like Mike Michael at the desk is the man. He pointed us in the right direction for food and some nightlife plus some breakfast hookups. The hotel was going through some changes but it was a fine stay and super close to the beach. Good deal for the price

do not waste your money Zero stars. do not believe the photos. looks nothing like the photos. rooms - flat 10 year old pillows. smell = yes, not even a plastic cup to get water from facet to mouth, no sales of water in the building, no complementary water, water = none. no internet, no TV service, no phone, no maid service. four different color 8 year old towels in the bathroom. shall I continue? this place is obviously miss managed, please pay the extra $50 and stay elsewhere.

Find somewhere else, if you are in town more than a night or two. Fair should be fair, so the location is amazing! Walking distance to almost everything in Miami south beach. The rooms are basic, with a bed a little below average in comfort, a tv where you can log in with your own streaming services, and an overall nice bathroom. But! There is no WI-FI in the room, even though there should be. We asked about it, and they know the WiFi is not working in the rooms, but they don’t tell you before arrival, or when you check in. There is no refund for this. Besides this, the bed is noisy, the windows dirty, the towels and bed sheets a little worn down, no regular cleaning of the room, and the coffee and tea facilities are almost not existent. We have a coffe maker in the room, but nothing for the tea, and there is no cups, glasses or teaspoons. We asked for it of course, but it could not be provided. For luggage storage they charge 5$ per suitcase.

Emplacement très bien, mais hôtel très décevant Je dois d’entrée de jeu dire que nous avons été bien accueilli par la préposée au comptoir d’accueil (la seule… Les autres préposés à l’accueil semblent d’ailleurs s’ennuyer derrière leur comptoir…) Elle s’excuse du fait que le wifi ne fonctionne que dans le lobby en raison d’un problème qui dure depuis quelques semaines déjà. Elle nous informe aussi que le ménage des chambres n’est fait que sur demande. Lorsque nous avons demandé à ce que notre chambre soit faite, le message ne s’est pas rendu à l’équipe de ménage. Nous avons dû redemander à ce que la chambre soit faite le lendemain. La chambre est correcte, sans plus. L’hôtel a visiblement besoin de rénovations. On ne parle pas du style art déco ici. On parle de la nécessité de mettre à niveau les Infrastructures. Il y avait jadis un lobby bar, plus rien maintenant. Aucune chaise à l’extérieur pour s’assoir. Seulement quelques fauteuils usés dans le lobby. Dans la chambre, il n’y a ni verres, ni cafetière ni tasses, contrairement à ce qu’on peut voir sur les photos. On a réussi à obtenir deux tasses et deux fourchettes en plastique, mais pas de verre. Les oreillers sont d’une minceur jamais vue. L’insonorisation est déficiente aussi. Derrière l’hôtel se trouve un Night club et la musique parvenait clairement à la chambre durant les deux nuits où le club était ouvert. On parle de musique jusqu’à 5:30-6:00 du matin… je sais que nous sommes dans Miami Beach et qu’il faut s’attendre à une vie urbaine active… mais vaut mieux le savoir avant de réserver. À notre départ, nous souhaitions laisser nos valises à la réception pour le journée, mais on nous impose des frais par valise pour le faire. Honnêtement, ces frais sont exagérés compte tenu du prix payé par nuit et des prestations que nous n’avons pas reçues. Lorsque je tente de négocier à la réception, on me répond que c’est comme ça et que si un gérant avait été là, il n’aurait rien fait pour nous. C’est la première fois que je vois un tel manque de volonté d’offrir un bon service client dans un hôtel. Je me serais vraiment attendu à mieux…

La Flora Hotel Miami Beach- Do not stay here! We had numerous issues at the La Flora property on 12/25 in Miami Beach. We originally selected the hotel due to the good reviews online and location. We stay in Miami often (we only live 3 hours away and understand the quirkiness of South Beach properties) and booked our holiday stay back in early October. When we arrived at the hotel, of the two suites we booked, one was not available due to a maintenance issue. We were then given one suite (rm 309) and two standard rooms (305 and 307) which was not ideal for our party, but we had no other option. Upon check in we became aware that there was no television or internet service available during our stay and that the service had been out for over 2 weeks. We were offered a 10% to be reimbursed for this inconvenience, however, we experienced several other issues during our stay. Room 305 had NO heat the entire night and it was 40 degrees, so heat was needed. The staff tried to fix the thermostat, but could not. Room 309 had NO working shower. Room 307 had a terrible, squeaking bed which is so old and noisy, only a single person was able to sleep on it. There was no coffee or hairdryers in the rooms, another inconvenience (minor compared to the no heat, shower, or not getting the rooms we booked, but still an issue). Management offered us a 10% discount which we felt was disproportionate to the issues we faced while paying over $530 (holiday rate?) for two rooms for one night. Would not recommend staying here.

BAD This is the worst hotel on Collins vein Miami. The TV in the room was not working. The internet was down. The coffee pot was dirty in the room. When you get to the hotel it looks nothing run down. the pictures online are lies. PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL.

Ótima localização e quartos amplos e limpos Muito bem localizado, perto da praia e de restaurantes. Estacionamento pago próximo. Ficamos apenas 1 diária e valeu muito a pena. Quarto amplo, limpo, camas ótimas. Sem duvidas ficaria novamente e recomendo a estadia. Recepcionistas simpáticos e nos ajudaram muito com algumas dúvidas que tivemos. Foram super solícitos imprimindo uns documentos que pedimos pra embarcar no Cruzeiro sem cobrar nada.

False advertising This hotel is so run down and full of lies! No housekeeping, no ice, not even a hair dryer in the room!!! Extremely old hotel that was run down. Management refused to contact us because it was the weekend. No internet, no breakfast. False advertising

Buen hotel con pésimo personal de checkin Empezando por lo bueno era una habitación muy grande y cómoda con buen internet y muy buena ubicación Lo malo …el personal del lobby con muy mala predisposición al huésped , de verdad jamas me pasó algo igual , súper descorteces todas y no solucionaban ningún problema , teníamos que solucionar todo con el personal de limpieza y mantenimiento que tenían mucho mejor trato y otro punto era la fes presentacion del lobby ya que estaba cerrado el lugar x el desayuno pero las mesas arrumbadas en un costado y abandonado

As fotos apresentadas pelo hotel no site não correspondem nem de perto a realidade do hotel hoje.Estivemos neste estabelecimento do dia 5 a 9 de outubro de 2022.Apesar da amabilidade da recepcionista que nos permitiu inclusive o early check-in, o hotel é sofrível.O loby com mesas e cadeiras quebradas amontoadas no que provavelmente seria um bar ou café, nenhum dia houve limpeza do quarto ou troca de toalhas.Ao questionarmos fomos informados que o hotel não dispunha de tal serviço e para o lixo ser retirado,deveríamos coloca-lo no corredor ao lado da porta. Custo muito alto para o que oferece.Pelo mesmo valor estivemos em outro hotel muito melhor alguns quarteirões a frente.Não recomendo!

La Flora La Flora Hotel on Collins Avenue in Miami Beach is a great place to stay that has everything that you need and more. The staff here is very accommodating and makes sure that you have everything that you need. Good experience every time I have been here.

Vreselijke 4 dagen gehad 4 nights with 2 adults and and a child 3 years old. Aug 31 till the 4th of Sept. Above the Booking nr 326233547 We had a water leak problem that came from out of the roof. It seemd like an AC issue. First evening we came back in the room my laptop was standing on the table under the AC. The room was like a waterballet. Frontdesk gave me towels to clean it myself. No maintanance and no help! 2nd night again. I went to the frontdesk again and they gave me more towels. And again no maintanance and no help. She said the maintanance guy had family issues and will come tomorrow. Lady behind the desk had more important things to do watching a movie. There was no communication between the women from the frontdesk. I had to tell the story 3 times. 3rd night again it was even worse. In the evening we came back in the room My son 3 years old slipped and felt on the floor. Again a waterballet with lots of water. Again to the frontdesk because i wanted to speak to the manager. I made videos of al three days where you see the leaks and the wet floor. Again more towels, the lady(s) behind the frontdesks didnt came of their chair to look one time what was going on upstairs. After serveral hours the manger contacted me by message and want to give me 25% refund. I said i dont accept 25% refund. What would you do when this was your room with a little baby. If the problem was solved by maintenance the 1st or 2nd day i have had accept the 25% refund. After 3 days nothing happend and finding another hotel at Miami beach late at night with a little boy was not a solution.

Disappointing disgrace of a hotel, only redeeming quality is location. Ok, I don't even know where to start with this place. We stayed at La Flora from 7/23-7/30 2022. 1 - As soon as you walk in, you see an unkempt lobby with chairs all turned upside down. They do NOT offer breakfast, so you are forced to go eat at one of the extremely expensive breakfast places nearby every single day or just skip breakfast. 2 - They didn't provide coffee, tea, filters, sugar, milk, or anything in the room, just an empty coffee machine. I asked the front desk for coffee and they simply don't provide those things. 3 - The only convenience outlets along the wall were at the head of the bed. My GF & I had to both work remotely during the week so I had to unplug the TV and use the refrigerator's bottom outlet to charge our laptops. Its not even about having to use a laptop, its just standard to give hotel guests a few convenience outlets. 3 - The wi-fi was so bad that you can't even scroll through the internet properly. I ended up having to buy a hotspot so my GF (who doesn't have unlimited data) could use her phone. 4 - This is by far the worst part. We asked for room service and they gave us trash bags and a vacuum, and told us to clean the room ourselves. They did not give us new sheets, only new towels. Never have I ever been told to clean my own room at a hotel and I feel enraged even now when I think about it. This is the most basic service a hotel can give and they couldn't even oblige.

Review Not a great hotel and way too expensive for what was being offered. In my room the television was not working and the room was outdated and needed upgrading. There was no bar in the hotel and outside the front of the hotel, there was no seating area (looked very unappealing). I am shocked that there is no contact details for you to give feedback regarding your stay at the hotel. Lastly, this is really 2 and a half star hotel, promoting its location over its facilities and service. I cannot fault the staff as they were nice and friendly, however i was concerned that the hotel was going through some modifications and management. I was not pleased with overall quality of the room and hotel. Quite disappointing.

Disappointed to say the least The hotel is in a great location on Collins Avenue & a stones throw away from the beach. Whilst the hotel eludes an Art Deco presence, its in a sad state, their photos are misleading. No breakfast or bar available as its under refurb, although we never saw ANY progress. The outside terrace could be something nice to use, but run down as well. Our room was at the rear of the hotel so we were not afffected by the noise on the main street, however, during the night, "parties" take place in the car park to the side and woke us up. The room was clean, presentable & good size, was NEVER serviced during our 7 night stay. We were advised that housekeeping was not up to normal due to restrictions so we had to ask anyone we did see for clean towels & toilet roll. We left the DND sign on the door only on the last day so don't use that as an excuse! Wouldn't allow a late checkout beyond 1200 hrs. Bathrooms could do with a refurb otherwise functional. TV doesn't work, (room 303) had asked for a hair dryer took until the next day to get one, ironing board filthy. Safe too high in wardrobe for some, so watch your head as you open the wardrobe door. Fridge worked well though! Luckily there is a Walgreens not far away so we could buy our own supplies & coffee. They had signs everywhere indicating masks to be worn, but no one bothered (except us) and no one enforced this. Staff we met were polite enough but "indifferent". I don't recommend this hotel which was booked as a package deal.

They didn't have the reserve Don't go. Choose another hotel. We had a prepaid and confirmed reserve. We arrived at 5 PM, but they didnt't have it. They said we didn't pay. We had the reserve and the bill. We had to look for another hotel and pay again. We still don't have our refund. Remember, look for another hotel.

Good Location, Awful Hotel The hotel is in a great location, close to Ocean drive and the Beach, but set back on Collins Avenue so not amongst the noise. The hotel is run down and currently has building work going on. There is no maid service, bar or restaurant and the staff are miserable, they make you feel like you are an inconvenience to them. No fridges in the ground floor rooms and the coffee and sachets of milk are rationed. Seemingly Covid stops the maids emptying the bins in the room, but then all the staff on reception walk around without masks. Generally speaking a depressing place to be.

Do not recommend. Zero stars if possible. I’m not one to complain but they gave our room away and just said we were out of luck. No call, no email, just left us stranded. I’m typing this in the middle on the night in an Uber heading to Homestead FL as all hotels are sold out. They should be ashamed of their business. Also it was extremely run down and I’m honestly happy to not be staying there.

Awful Booked two rooms with a colleague. The hotel had ‘cancelled’ the booking. Maybe at Spring Break (we were here on business) every hotel can fill it’s rooms so some just get the people in and don’t care. No rooms, no help at all, poor attitude on reception in the middle of the building site. Place being rebuilt, no one at check in. Absolutely awful place, never go there.
