A beautiful complex with a missed opportunity by a very bad management company
Likes: The location is good, the apartment is really beautiful, and the amenities are very good.
Dislikes: They notified us just two hours before check-in about major road work happening right in front of the bedroom window. Obviously, this work had started earlier, but they didn't want us to take advantage of our free cancellation window which was very close to the check in date.
Their responses were vague and robotic, clearly copy-pasted or AI-generated. When I asked if they had another apartment on the quieter side of the building, they said no, yet their own website showed several available units.
The apartment itself was extremely noisy, not only from the roadwork but also because of a bar that operates late into the night just around the corner. They provide earplugs and a white noise machine, which tells you everything you need to know - but none of this is mentioned in the listing.
Also, as can be seen in the pictures, We had multiple human hairs on the blankets. Luckily, They had spares in the drawer.
We’ve been traveling across the U.S. for three weeks, staying only in apartments, and this was by far our worst hosting experience. It would have been so easy for them to handle the situation honestly or offer an alternative, but they simply didn’t care.
I wouldn’t return and strongly suggest booking elsewhere.
